【摘要】：構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論體系與提升中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的話語權(quán)是同一過程的兩個方面,相輔相成。提升中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)話語權(quán),才能有效建構(gòu)、實踐和傳播中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)話語體系。提升中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)話語權(quán)應(yīng)當(dāng)堅持在唯物史觀視閾下研究中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、從世界過程的分析中創(chuàng)新中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、以人民為中心定性中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、將中國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)的合理性論證作為中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)實踐旨?xì)w的四大原則。
[Abstract]:It is two aspects of the same process to construct the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to promote the right of speech of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. Only by enhancing the political and economic discourse power of socialism with Chinese characteristics can it be constructed effectively. To practice and spread the political economic discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should study the political economy with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of historical materialism. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is innovated from the analysis of the world process, and the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is qualitatively characterized by the people. The rationality of Chinese political and economic objectives is regarded as the four principles of the political economy with Chinese characteristics.
