【摘要】:隨著世界各地政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面的全球化進(jìn)程不斷發(fā)展,一系列全球化問題開始暴露出來。全球化問題的解決與跨文化領(lǐng)域的溝通,對(duì)未來年輕人具備的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力要求越來越高。而高校是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重要場(chǎng)所。本研究對(duì)中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行比較研究,主要目的是探究中、美兩國(guó)各自的經(jīng)驗(yàn),促進(jìn)我國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。.為此,本論文的基本研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:一、大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。重點(diǎn)考察支撐大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的三大理論基礎(chǔ):大學(xué)生發(fā)展理論、大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)理論、大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論,并特別考察了中國(guó)學(xué)者建構(gòu)的"中國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)理論模式"。二、中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的歷史發(fā)展比較?疾烀缹倥c中國(guó)關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力養(yǎng)發(fā)展變化的大事記、具體發(fā)展階段劃分與特點(diǎn)。三、中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的資源比較。圍繞校園內(nèi)外資源,尤其是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程與課程輔助項(xiàng)目的選取,分析中美兩國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)資源的有效性與實(shí)踐形態(tài),力求促進(jìn)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的資源優(yōu)化配置。四、中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的策略比較。根據(jù)美、中大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培訓(xùn)、教育和開發(fā)模式,比較和分析多種高績(jī)效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)策略選擇,比如體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)、社會(huì)文化討論、導(dǎo)師輔導(dǎo)、社區(qū)服務(wù)等。五、中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的管理制度比較。主要考察美、中大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的制度規(guī)定,重點(diǎn)剖析美、中兩國(guó)在國(guó)家層面、高校層面以及學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力項(xiàng)目等層面的制度保障和該培養(yǎng)管理制度上的特色優(yōu)勢(shì)。本研究運(yùn)用的研究方法主要有文獻(xiàn)研究、質(zhì)性研究、比較研究等。其中采用質(zhì)性研究的深度訪談方法來獲取中美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力有效培養(yǎng)的第一手資料,并進(jìn)行各自異同分析。歷經(jīng)2年零3個(gè)月共訪談了 76個(gè)人,得到了 21萬字左右的深訪資料。深訪資料編碼完成后,形成了有效的培養(yǎng)資源、培養(yǎng)策略、管理機(jī)構(gòu)與制度等多項(xiàng)一級(jí)條目和二級(jí)條目。尤其是六篇具有代表性的訪談實(shí)錄為本研究提供了較為有價(jià)值的實(shí)證資料。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處體現(xiàn)三個(gè)方面:一是研究視角的創(chuàng)新,對(duì)中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行綜合多方面的比較研究與分析;二是研究?jī)?nèi)容的創(chuàng)新,對(duì)中美兩國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ)、發(fā)展歷程、培養(yǎng)資源、培養(yǎng)策略、管理制度等進(jìn)行多維度比較;三是用質(zhì)性研究方法的深度訪談法獲得了中美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的第一手資料,為大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的比較研究提供了新的研究框架和資料支撐。本研究的結(jié)論嘗試揭示中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的異同,研究中美大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)歷程、培養(yǎng)資源、培養(yǎng)策略、培養(yǎng)制度的核心指標(biāo)與維度,揭示美國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示,并總結(jié)中國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與特色優(yōu)勢(shì)。為促進(jìn)中國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)化發(fā)展,本論文提出若干可供參考的政策性建議:一是學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒美國(guó)把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)當(dāng)作人才戰(zhàn)略;二是拓展和整合大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)資源;三是創(chuàng)新和優(yōu)化大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)策略;四是建立和完善大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)制度;五是建構(gòu)和宣傳中國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的特色與優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the world economic globalization, political, cultural and other aspects of the development of globalization, a series of problems began to be exposed. The issue of globalization and intercultural communication, for the future of young people with the leadership of the increasingly high demand. The university is an important place to cultivate college students' leadership. The study of Chinese and American college students leadership training a comparative study, the main purpose is to explore in the United States, their experiences, and promote China's student leadership training areas for further development. Therefore, the basic research contents of the thesis include: first, the theoretical basis of leadership cultivation of college students. Three basic theory focuses on the support of leadership cultivation of college students: student development theory, learning theory college students, leadership theory, and especially studies the cultivation of College Students' China leadership theory Chinese scholars construction " ". two, comparison of the historical development of Chinese and American college students leadership culture. The study on leadership and support the development of China change events, the specific development stage and characteristics. Three, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training resources. Around the campus resources, especially the selection of auxiliary project leadership courses and curriculum, analysis of American college students leadership training is effective and practical form of resources, optimize the allocation of resources to promote the cultivation of university students' leadership. Four, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training strategy. According to the college students, leadership training, education and development mode, comparison and analysis of different high performance leadership training strategies, such as experiential learning, social and cultural discussion. Mentoring, community service and so on. Five, comparison between Chinese and American college students leadership training management system. The main effects of beauty in the University The system provides students leadership training, focusing on beauty, the two countries at the national level, system security level and the university student leadership level and the training project management system characteristics and advantages. The research methods used in this study are mainly literature research, qualitative research, comparative study and so on. The depth interview method of qualitative the research of effective leadership training to get us the first hand data, and their similarities and differences. After 2 years and 3 months were interviewed 76 people, got 21 words about the depth interview data. Depth interview data encoding is completed, the formation of the training resources, effective training strategy, management mechanism and system etc. a number of entries and two entries. It provides valuable empirical data of six representative interviews for this study. The originality of the study lies in three aspects: one is The innovation of research perspective, the comparative study of Chinese and American college students leadership training and comprehensive analysis in many aspects; two is the innovation of research content, theoretical basis of American college students, leadership development, training resources, training strategy, management system for multi-dimensional comparison; three is to use qualitative research in-depth interviews the American leadership training method obtains the first-hand information, provides the research framework and data support for comparative study of leadership cultivation of college students. The conclusion of this study tries to reveal the similarities and differences between Chinese and American college students leadership training, training course of study of Chinese and American college students leadership training resources, training strategy, training core index and dimension system reveal, successful experiences and Revelations of American college student leadership training, and summed up the Chinese student leadership training experience and special advantage to promote. The professional development of college students in China leadership training, puts forward some policy recommendations for reference in this paper: one is to learn the leadership training as talent strategy; the two is to expand and integrate student leadership training resources; three is the strategy of cultivating the innovation and optimization of university student leadership; four is to establish and improve college students' leadership training five is the construction of publicity system; and the characteristics and advantages of Chinese student leadership training.
