【摘要】：太原是我國(guó)著名的歷史文化名城,同時(shí)也是我國(guó)北方重要的能源重化工基地。太原的工業(yè)發(fā)展史可以追溯到清末洋務(wù)派在三橋街創(chuàng)辦的火柴局,此后數(shù)十年一直都是山西的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,建國(guó)后太原也是國(guó)家的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)城市,到上世紀(jì)六十年代太原初步形成了五大工業(yè)片區(qū),工業(yè)圍城態(tài)勢(shì)明顯。隨著我國(guó)“退二進(jìn)三”工業(yè)政策的推行,這些工廠企業(yè)紛紛倒閉外遷,遺留了一大批廢棄的工業(yè)廠房。太原作為重工業(yè)城市,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),城市過(guò)度依靠工業(yè),城市缺乏發(fā)展活力,企業(yè)綜合效益減退,居民就業(yè)困難。太原古城面臨著歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)、文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)、保護(hù)與發(fā)展的三重矛盾,進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展成為太原市的必然選擇。國(guó)內(nèi)外重工業(yè)城市的成功轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明大力開(kāi)展以工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)為載體的工業(yè)旅游是轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要路徑,一方面可以將遺留的工業(yè)廠房開(kāi)發(fā)再利用,達(dá)到在動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展中保護(hù)的目的,同時(shí)也可為太原的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供新的路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史文化名城與重工業(yè)城市的銜接。本文對(duì)太原工業(yè)發(fā)展史進(jìn)行梳理,選出每個(gè)發(fā)展史中最具代表性的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn);其次分析了太原當(dāng)前重工業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)城市肌理的三個(gè)層面的沖擊,以及出現(xiàn)的各種社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)挑戰(zhàn),指出開(kāi)展工業(yè)旅游的可行性與必要性。文章最后提出太原的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)可以從府城、新城、城郊三個(gè)區(qū)位進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),并將所選取的具有代表性的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)的開(kāi)發(fā)模式與開(kāi)發(fā)策略,為太原市內(nèi)其他工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的開(kāi)發(fā)提供有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Taiyuan is a famous historical and cultural city in China, and it is also an important energy and heavy chemical base in the north of China. The industrial development history of Taiyuan can be traced back to the match Bureau founded by Westernization School in Sanqiao Street in the late Qing Dynasty. Since then, Taiyuan has been the political and economic center of Shanxi Province for several decades. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Taiyuan was also a key construction city of the country. In -40s, five major industrial areas were initially formed in Taiyuan. The situation of industrial siege is obvious. With the implementation of the industrial policy of "retreating two into three", these factories and enterprises have closed down and moved out one after another, leaving behind a large number of abandoned industrial factories. Taiyuan is a heavy industrial city. The social economy is also facing severe challenges, the city is over-dependent on industry, the city lacks development vitality, the comprehensive benefits of enterprises decline, residents employment difficulties. Taiyuan City is faced with history and reality, culture and economy. The triple contradiction between protection and development. The successful transition experience of heavy industrial cities at home and abroad shows that vigorously developing industrial tourism with industrial heritage as the carrier is an important path of transformation and development. On the one hand, the remaining industrial plant can be reused to achieve the purpose of protection in the dynamic development, but also can provide a new path for the transformation and development of Taiyuan. This paper combs the history of Taiyuan's industrial development and selects the most representative industrial heritage in each history. Secondly, it analyzes the impact of Taiyuan's current heavy industry development on the three levels of urban texture, as well as the emergence of a variety of social and economic challenges. Finally, the paper points out that the industrial heritage of Taiyuan can be developed from three areas: Fucheng, Xincheng and suburb. The representative industrial heritage is analyzed and the corresponding development mode and strategy are put forward to provide useful experience for the development of other industrial heritage in Taiyuan.
