【摘要】：阿富汗和平進(jìn)程是一個(gè)包括政治和解、軍事�；�、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會重建在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)工程,而上合組織是唯一集政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源、安全為一體的綜合性地區(qū)組織,其職能與阿富汗和平進(jìn)程所需高度契合。烏法峰會啟動(dòng)擴(kuò)員進(jìn)程后,上合組織與阿富汗的地緣聯(lián)系將更為緊密,使其在推動(dòng)包括阿國內(nèi)政治和談、緩和巴阿關(guān)系、反恐以及經(jīng)濟(jì)重建在內(nèi)的和平進(jìn)程中具有更強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)機(jī)。
[Abstract]:The peace process in Afghanistan is a military ceasefire, including political reconciliation, economic and social reconstruction, system engineering, and the SCO is the only set of political, economic, energy, organization of regional comprehensive security as one of its functions, and the peace process in Afghanistan needs highly fit. UFA summit start expanding process, and SCO Afghanistan's geo will be more closely linked, which includes a domestic politics in promoting peace talks, easing Afghan relations, realistic motivation has stronger counter-terrorism and economic reconstruction, in the peace process.
