【摘要】：著作權(quán)合理使用是新聞聚合服務(wù)者被訴侵權(quán)的重要抗辯理由之一。新聞聚合的合理使用,涉及新聞標題、新聞提要的可版權(quán)性,也涉及聚合服務(wù)商對第三方網(wǎng)站作品的深層鏈接是否是轉(zhuǎn)換性使用的問題,還涉及對關(guān)于政治、經(jīng)濟等時事性文章的深層鏈接問題,文章依次對新聞聚合的這些合理使用問題做出探討。
[Abstract]:The rational use of copyright is one of the important defense reasons for the infringement of news aggregators. The rational use of news aggregates involves the copyright of news headlines and news summaries. It also involves the question whether the deep link of the aggregating service provider to the third party website works is the conversion use, also involves the deep link question to the current affairs article about the politics, the economy and so on. This paper discusses the rational use of news aggregation in turn.
