【摘要】：2015年中非合作論壇約翰內(nèi)斯堡峰會已經(jīng)在南非召開。如何積極推動中國與非洲合作,重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)投資開發(fā)合作,帶動基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提高非洲農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平和糧食安全保障水平是應(yīng)盡快明確并積極落實(shí)的工作策略和途徑。本文以一線調(diào)研工作為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合當(dāng)前中國農(nóng)業(yè)"走出去"戰(zhàn)略和全球糧食安全,重點(diǎn)分析了安哥拉的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和中安開展農(nóng)業(yè)合作的優(yōu)勢,以大型中資企業(yè)在安哥拉承建開展的農(nóng)業(yè)綜合開發(fā)項(xiàng)目為例,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目取得的積極效應(yīng),提出了當(dāng)前政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下,進(jìn)一步加快推動中安農(nóng)業(yè)合作的工作建議。
[Abstract]:The Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2015 has been held in South Africa. How to actively promote China-Africa cooperation, focus on agricultural investment and development cooperation, and promote infrastructure construction. To improve the level of agricultural production and food security in Africa is a clear and positive implementation of the working strategies and approaches. This paper is based on front-line research work. Combined with the current strategy of "going global" in China's agriculture and global food security, the characteristics of agricultural production and development in Angola and the advantages of agricultural cooperation between China and Angola are analyzed. Taking the agricultural comprehensive development project carried out by large Chinese enterprises in Angola as an example, this paper summarizes the positive effects of the current project and puts forward the current political and economic situation. Further speed up the work of promoting agricultural cooperation between China and Angola.
