【摘要】：改革開放三十多年以來，我國經(jīng)濟實力逐漸增強，綜合國力不斷提升，在國際舞臺上越來越受人矚目。隨著日照與國際世界的交流日益頻繁和多樣化，本市相關(guān)材料的翻譯發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用�！�2013年日照市政府工作報告》是由日照市政府發(fā)布的官方正式文件，從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會等方面回顧并總結(jié)了上一年來的政府工作情況，歸納當(dāng)年政府各項工作，匯報這一年政府的工作計劃和目標(biāo)。該報告具有極高的真實性和權(quán)威性，是外界增強對日照市了解程度的極佳材料。 政府工作報告的翻譯質(zhì)量將直接影響到目的語讀者對該材料的理解準(zhǔn)確度。然而，，由于中外文化的巨大差異，日照的本地特色，以及政論類文體本身所具有的特點，使得政府工作報告的翻譯充滿其獨特性和復(fù)雜性。在翻譯過程中，首先，作者把尤金·A·奈達(dá)的功能對等理論作為翻譯和分析該政府工作報告的基本準(zhǔn)則：翻譯時不求文字表面的形式對應(yīng)，而要在兩種語言間達(dá)成功能上的對等。此外，翻譯過程中還要遵循“信、達(dá)、雅”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，譯文不僅要準(zhǔn)確明白，還要盡力使用詞得體，語言優(yōu)美。 本篇報告詳細(xì)介紹了報告的背景、任務(wù)描述、過程描述和案例分析。第一章介紹了報告的背景以及本報告的組織結(jié)構(gòu)；第二章是任務(wù)描述，介紹了任務(wù)的目的和意義，文本來源，以及翻譯中遵循的原則；第三章從譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程和譯后的質(zhì)量控制三個方面介紹了過程描述；第四章是案例分析部分，作者主要從詞匯，句法和修辭三個層面進行了細(xì)致分析，并總結(jié)了相應(yīng)的翻譯策略；最后一章對全文進行了總結(jié)，希望能夠為政府工作報告的翻譯及其研究提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up for more than 30 years , our country ' s economic strength has gradually strengthened , and the comprehensive national strength has been continuously promoted . As the exchange of sunshine and the international world becomes more and more frequent and diversified , the translation of relevant materials in the city plays an important role . The translation quality of government work report will directly influence readers ' understanding of the material . However , due to the great difference of Chinese and foreign cultures , the local characteristics of Rizhao , and the characteristics of political theory style itself , the translation of government work report is full of its uniqueness and complexity . In the course of translation , the author regards Eugene A . Nida ' s functional equivalence theory as the basic criterion for translation and analysis of the government ' s work report . Chapter Three introduces the background of the report and the organizational structure of the report . Chapter 1 introduces the background of the report and the organization structure of the report . Chapter Three introduces the process description in three aspects : preparation , translation process and quality control after translation . Chapter 3 summarizes the translation strategies and the final chapter , and hopes to provide some reference for the translation of government work report and its research .
