【摘要】：如今，信息廣闊的覆蓋面、迅速的傳播，都是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)所賜。影響力深遠(yuǎn)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)與人們的日常生活密不可分，它是人們獲取信息的重要方式。世界變成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的時(shí)代，像地球村等詞語(yǔ)的出現(xiàn)都是因?yàn)榛ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和普及。如果問(wèn)哪一個(gè)媒體在最快的時(shí)間里對(duì)整個(gè)世界政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個(gè)方面產(chǎn)生的影響最廣泛且深刻，那么答案毋庸置疑是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。 隨著新疆互聯(lián)網(wǎng)整體水平的提高，新疆也出現(xiàn)諸多民文網(wǎng)站，其中之一就是哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站。最早在1998年出現(xiàn)了第一個(gè)哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站，，至今已有16年了。雖然不能說(shuō)新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了一定的高水平，但是總體而言哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站也在不斷發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)如今，新疆哈薩克族群眾獲取相關(guān)信息、了解世界的重要渠道之中，新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站是必不可少的一種。然而，同新疆其他民文網(wǎng)站尤其是維吾爾語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站相比，新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站數(shù)量少，分類少，并不是發(fā)展最好的一個(gè)民文網(wǎng)站。 新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站是新疆互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展和新疆哈薩克族群眾社會(huì)生活的發(fā)展的共同結(jié)果。新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)絡(luò)事業(yè)是新疆少數(shù)民族新聞事業(yè)的重要組成部分。本論文通過(guò)調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)，對(duì)新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站的數(shù)量、類型和內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行研究，進(jìn)而梳理新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站的基本狀況。論文對(duì)新新疆哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行歸納和分類，將其分成哈薩克語(yǔ)種政府網(wǎng)站、新聞媒體網(wǎng)站、教育網(wǎng)站和個(gè)人網(wǎng)站，并分析各類哈薩克語(yǔ)種網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容、版面設(shè)計(jì)，除此之外，找出存在的問(wèn)題并針對(duì)其問(wèn)題提出有效的改善性建議。
[Abstract]:Today, a wide coverage of information, rapid propagation, are given. The characteristics of the Internet influence the Internet has been closely linked with people's daily life, it is an important way for people to obtain information. The world has become the era of the network, like a global village and other words are because of the rapid development and popularization of Internet. If you ask which one media on the world political economy, in the fastest time, culture and other aspects of the impact of the most extensive and profound, then the answer is undoubtedly the Internet.
With the Internet to improve the overall level of Xinjiang, Xinjiang also has many people of the site, which is one of the Kazakh language website. The first appeared in 1998 of the first Kazakh language website, has been 16 years. Although we can not say that the Xinjiang Kazakh language website has developed to a high level, but overall the Kazakh language website also in the continuous development. Nowadays, Xinjiang Kazak people access to relevant information, to understand the important channel of the world, Xinjiang Kazakh language website is a kind of indispensable. However, other people with Xinjiang website especially in Uyghur language website, the number of Xinjiang Kazak language website, classification and development of a few, not the site the best.
Xinjiang Kazak language website is the common development of Internet development in Xinjiang and Xinjiang Kazak people's social life. The Xinjiang Kazakh language network business is an important part of Xinjiang minority nationality journalism. This paper through the investigation and statistics, the number of Xinjiang hasa g language website, on the type and content, and the basic situation combing the Xinjiang Kazakh language website. The induction and classification of new Xinjiang Kazakh language website, divided into the Kazakh language government website, news media websites, educational websites and personal websites, and analyzes the various types of Kazakh language website content, layout design, in addition, find out the existing problems and the problems of improvement effective suggestions.
