【摘要】：進入21世紀后,中國與美國的關系進一步緊密,相互了解進一步加深,在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、軍事等領域都得到了進一步發(fā)展。但是隨著交流的展開,兩國的矛盾與摩擦也逐漸凸顯,如何擺脫傳統(tǒng)大國關系的歷史邏輯,構(gòu)建中美新型大國關系成為擺在雙方面前的重要難題。文章將通過研究沖突轉(zhuǎn)變理論,并以此為基礎提出構(gòu)建中美新型大國關系的設想。文章首先闡述了沖突轉(zhuǎn)變理論的內(nèi)涵,介紹了“沖突”的含義,揭示了沖突轉(zhuǎn)變理論的科學性及其依據(jù),同時文章還闡述了新型大國關系的內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)建新型大國關系的條件。21世紀以前,中美兩國處于傳統(tǒng)的大國關系框架下,而在沖突轉(zhuǎn)變理論的指導下,中美將會構(gòu)建一個新型的大國關系。中美新型大國關系的構(gòu)建不是一朝一夕的,其發(fā)展需要發(fā)揮中美兩國的政治智慧,因為中美兩國存在著一系列阻礙因素。首先,中美歷史上爆發(fā)過軍事沖突,同時,當前中美關系中存在一系列的安全隱患；其次,中美意識形態(tài)差異容易引發(fā)雙方?jīng)_突；最后,美國霸權(quán)主義與中國和平崛起存在沖突。雖然中美兩國之間存在著阻礙因素,但是中美兩國新型大國關系的構(gòu)建卻是存在著可行性。首先,中國軍事實力迅速提升有利于降低中美軍事沖突的可能性,其次,中國科技水平大幅發(fā)展與美國差距正在縮小,再次,中美經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略利益進一步趨同,最后,中國構(gòu)建和諧世界的外交理念獲得國際社會的廣泛認同。如何構(gòu)建中美新型大國關系需要中美兩國共同努力,基礎是需要通過擴大交流加強政治互信,關鍵在擴展經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易尋求利益契合點,在安全領域建立沖突抑制機制,防止軍事誤判,最后中美兩國合力共同構(gòu)建國際新秩序。新的歷史時期中美兩國關系的發(fā)展將不僅僅關系到兩國人民的利益,同時也牽涉到全世界人民的利益,因此,中美兩國需要排除萬難,構(gòu)建新型大國關系,避免陷入傳統(tǒng)大國關系的歷史邏輯。
[Abstract]:After entering twenty-first Century, China closer relations with the United States, further, in the political, economic, cultural understanding, military and other fields have achieved further development. But with the exchange, contradiction and friction between the two countries have gradually emerged, how to get rid of the historical logic of the traditional power relations, build new relations between China and America become an important problem in front of the two sides. This paper will study the conflict transformation theory, and on this basis put forward the construction of the new Sino US relations between major countries. This paper expounds the connotation of the conflict transformation theory, introduces the meaning of "conflict", reveals the scientific conflict transition theory and its basis, at the same time, the paper also expounds the connotation of new the relations between big powers and conditions of construction of new power relations in the.21 century, Sino US relations among major powers in the traditional framework, and in conflict transformation theory Under the guidance of Sino US relations will build a new country. The construction of the new Sino US relations among major powers is not a short duration of time, its development needs to play a Sino US political wisdom, because the two countries there are a series of factors. First, the outbreak of military conflict, history of China and the United States at the same time, there is a series of safety problems at present Sino US relations; secondly, Sino US differences in ideology easily lead to conflict; finally, the US hegemonism and Chinese peaceful rise of conflict between the two countries. The new historical period of the development of Sino US relations will not only related to the interests of the two peoples, but also involves the interests of all the people, because of this, the two countries need to overcome all difficulties, build new relations, avoid the historical logic in traditional power relations.
