【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國際化程度逐步加深,英語作為一種技能越來越被公司和個(gè)人所重視。當(dāng)前中國的英語教育、培訓(xùn)市場,從規(guī)模、產(chǎn)值、用戶數(shù)量等維度上來看,可謂發(fā)展蓬勃且競爭激烈。作為英語教育解決方案的提供商之一的AAA公司,已經(jīng)在這一行業(yè)中發(fā)展了近10年,經(jīng)歷了創(chuàng)業(yè)初期后目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了企業(yè)的成長期。和其它處于成長期的企業(yè)一樣,目前AAA公司目前遇到一些問題亟待解決,才能使公司不斷與時(shí)俱進(jìn),發(fā)展壯大。隨著近幾年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的提速,手機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的升級以及智能手機(jī)和平板的快速興起,公司面臨著機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。如何在這一大環(huán)境下做好自己公司的營銷,和客戶一起在與競爭對手的PK中立于不敗之地,從而穩(wěn)定、健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展,是公司需要思考的解決的問題。查閱國內(nèi)相關(guān)資料,迄今為止中國的英語教育已經(jīng)有一百多年的歷史,這期間在各種因素(如:政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等)的共同影響下,英語教育不斷在變化,呈現(xiàn)出了不同的特點(diǎn)。隨著中國與國際社會聯(lián)系的日益密切,特別是加入WIO之后,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了迅速發(fā)展,良好的英語技能成為新世紀(jì)人才的必備素質(zhì),英語教育成為教育領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)之一。自從1977年恢復(fù)高考后,英語教育也經(jīng)歷了一些變化,如:初期沒有聽力考試,加入四、六級等,但多年來英語一直是高考必考的科目之一。但近期,教育部制定完成了新的招生改革方案,其中提到的英語考試成為此次改革的重點(diǎn)。根據(jù)已經(jīng)公布的內(nèi)容,應(yīng)語將不再被納入現(xiàn)行的強(qiáng)制高考項(xiàng)目,此舉措必然將會對中國的英語教育以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響還需等待時(shí)間的驗(yàn)證。在此社會背景下,AAA公司該如何發(fā)展以應(yīng)對這一變化,及時(shí)做出策略調(diào)整,必然將成為企業(yè)需要思考和解決的問題。本論文將重點(diǎn)研究信息時(shí)代下,多媒體英語教育公司如何做好產(chǎn)品方案營銷,以解決英語教育行業(yè)的社會責(zé)任、企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展等問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the deepening of internationalization, English as a skill has been paid more and more attention by companies and individuals. At present, Chinese English education, training market, from scale, output value. AAA, one of the providers of English education solutions, has been developing in the industry for nearly 10 years. After the initial stage of entrepreneurship, it has already entered the growth period of the enterprise. Just like other enterprises in the period of growth, AAA company is confronted with some problems to be solved so as to make the company keep pace with the times. With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, mobile phone network upgrade and the rapid rise of smartphones and tablets, the company is facing opportunities and challenges. How to do their own marketing in this environment. Together with customers in the competition with competitors in an invincible position, thus stable, healthy, sustainable development, is the company needs to think about the solution of the problem. Up to now, English education in China has a history of more than 100 years. Under the influence of various factors (such as politics, economy, culture and so on), English education is constantly changing. With the close relationship between China and the international community, especially after China's entry into WIO, the economy in related fields has developed rapidly. Good English skills have become the essential quality of talents in the new century, and English education has become one of the key and hot topics in the field of education. Since the resumption of the college entrance examination in 1977, English education has also undergone some changes. For example, there was no listening test at the beginning, so we joined CET-4 and CET-6, but English has been one of the subjects that must be tested in the college entrance examination for many years. However, recently, the Ministry of Education has completed a new enrollment reform program. The English test mentioned therein has become the focus of the reform. According to what has been published, Yingyu will no longer be included in the current compulsory college entrance examination program. The impact of this move on China's English language education and related industries will have to wait for time to verify. In this social context, the AAA company should develop to cope with this change. Timely strategy adjustment will inevitably become a problem that enterprises should think about and solve. This thesis will focus on how multimedia English education companies to do a good job in product marketing in the information age. In order to solve the social responsibility of the English education industry, corporate sustainable development and other issues.
