【摘要】：在我國關(guān)系主導(dǎo)型的社會結(jié)構(gòu)下,民營企業(yè)不但是支撐我國經(jīng)濟(jì)有效增長的重要支柱,更是在提高企業(yè)自主改革能力和推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級方面起著不可小覷的作用。從理論上揭示我國民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的內(nèi)涵,探討民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的現(xiàn)狀、方式以及影響,并揭示民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)要素收入分配影響的基本路徑,這將有助于我們發(fā)現(xiàn)民營企業(yè)勞動收入份額變化的深層次原因,為政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的公平發(fā)展,以及正確處理人均收入分配問題提供了理論依據(jù)。本文從政治關(guān)聯(lián)視角出發(fā),研究政治關(guān)聯(lián)對民營企業(yè)勞動收入份額的影響,深入分析金融貸款的中介作用,以進(jìn)一步詮釋政治關(guān)聯(lián)、金融貸款與勞動收入份額的內(nèi)在機(jī)理。本文選取了A股上市公司中189家民營上市公司在2009-2012年期間的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,共756個(gè)總樣本,通過手工收集樣本企業(yè)董事長或者總經(jīng)理的政治關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù),之后在構(gòu)建概念模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合面板數(shù)據(jù)對政治關(guān)聯(lián)和金融貸款、政治關(guān)聯(lián)和勞動收入份額進(jìn)行固定效應(yīng)分析,深入剖析企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對民營企業(yè)要素收入分配的影響機(jī)制,得出了以下結(jié)論： (1)政治關(guān)聯(lián)可以提升民營企業(yè)的勞動收入份額,而且政治關(guān)聯(lián)程度會對勞動收入份額產(chǎn)生正向影響； (2)政治關(guān)聯(lián)有助于民營企業(yè)面臨較小的融資約束而獲得更多的金融貸款； (3)金融貸款在政治關(guān)聯(lián)和勞動收入份額之間起著中介作用。
[Abstract]:Under the relationship oriented social structure of our country, private enterprises are not only the important pillars to support the effective growth of our economy. It also plays an important role in improving the independent reform ability of enterprises and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. This paper discusses the current situation, mode and influence of the political connection of private enterprises, and reveals the basic path of the influence of the political connection of private enterprises on the income distribution of enterprise elements. This will help us to find the deep-seated reasons for the change of labor income share of private enterprises, for the fair development of politics, economy and society. From the perspective of political relevance, this paper studies the influence of political association on the labor income share of private enterprises, and deeply analyzes the intermediary role of financial loans. To further explain political connections. The internal mechanism of financial loan and labor income share. This paper selects 189 private listed companies of A-share listed companies in 2009-2012 financial data as the research object. A total of 756 total samples are collected by hand to sample the political association data of the chairman or general manager of the enterprise, and then on the basis of constructing the conceptual model, combining the panel data to the political association and financial loans. This paper analyzes the fixed effect of political association and labor income share, and deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprise political association on the income distribution of private enterprises. The conclusions are as follows: 1) political association can enhance the share of labor income of private enterprises, and the degree of political association will have a positive impact on the share of labor income; (2) political connections help private enterprises to obtain more financial loans in the face of smaller financing constraints; Financial loans play an intermediary role between political connections and share of labor income.
