風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、信任和出借意愿——基于拍拍貸注冊(cè)用戶(hù)的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸(P2P借貸)是微金融運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的創(chuàng)新,主要用于滿(mǎn)足小微企業(yè)及個(gè)人的小額貸款需求。該市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展有賴(lài)于大量出借人的參與。為了更好地了解出借行為,本文以拍拍貸網(wǎng)站用戶(hù)為研究對(duì)象,分析信任和感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)出借意愿的影響及前導(dǎo)因素。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),出借意愿主要受到信任的影響;感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)影響信任,但是不會(huì)對(duì)出借意愿產(chǎn)生顯著影響。而信任又受到借款者社會(huì)資本以及借款請(qǐng)求信息質(zhì)量的顯著影響。出借者主要為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好人群,他們對(duì)利潤(rùn)的追求甚于對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的考量。出借者的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來(lái)自多個(gè)方面,不完善的交易平臺(tái)保障體系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸可能涉及的法律問(wèn)題會(huì)嚴(yán)重地影響潛在出借者的不安全感和交易信心,嚴(yán)重阻礙網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。上述結(jié)果表明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場(chǎng)的投資行為有其內(nèi)在特征,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物為基礎(chǔ)的傳統(tǒng)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的研究成果在網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場(chǎng)中并不完全適用。
[Abstract]:Network lending (P2P lending) is an innovation of microfinance, which is mainly used to meet the demand of microenterprises and individuals. The healthy development of the market depends on the involvement of a large number of lenders. In order to better understand the lending behavior, this paper takes PPDAI website users as the research object, analyzes the influence of trust and perceived risk on lending willingness and leading factors. The results show that the willingness to lend is mainly affected by trust; perceived risk will affect trust, but will not have a significant impact on the willingness to lend. Trust, in turn, is significantly affected by the borrower's social capital and the quality of information on loan requests. Lenders are mainly risk appetite groups, who seek profit more than risk. The investment risk of the lender comes from many aspects. The imperfect trading platform security system and the legal problems that may be involved in the online lending will seriously affect the insecurity and trading confidence of the potential lender. A serious obstacle to the further development of the network lending market. The above results show that the investment behavior of the online lending market has its inherent characteristics, and the traditional e-commerce research results based on the online shopping are not fully applicable in the online lending market.
