HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟疲軟和歐債危機的加深,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也受到影響。由于我國的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)投資過熱、房價增漲過快,國家今年先后出臺了相關(guān)經(jīng)濟宏觀調(diào)控措施,以抑制房地產(chǎn)市場增長過快。在房地產(chǎn)市場競爭日趨激烈的時候,大型房地產(chǎn)公司不斷開拓二、三線城市房地產(chǎn)業(yè)務,不斷擠壓像HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司的生存空間,在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境惡化的情況下,中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)如何制訂戰(zhàn)略目標和實施戰(zhàn)略,求生存和發(fā)展將成為中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)面對的嚴肅問題。 本文首先基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析方法的文獻綜述前提下,提出研究此論文的意義和方法。從HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境來看,先闡述公司發(fā)展歷史及特點,然后分析企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,借助于SWOT分析HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司的優(yōu)劣勢、威脅和機會。其次,通過BCG矩陣分析,HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司進一步闡述公司目標和戰(zhàn)略方案選擇,以及總體戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇。最后,本文討論了戰(zhàn)略實施原則和戰(zhàn)略實施模式,并提出戰(zhàn)略實施支持措施。 HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司通過不斷復雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境中充分發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢,不斷彌補自己的劣勢,為實現(xiàn)HY房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司戰(zhàn)略目標而做出相應戰(zhàn)略選擇,以達到促進公司穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的目標。
[Abstract]:With the global economic weakness and the deepening of the European debt crisis, China's economic development has also been affected. Because the real estate investment in our country is overheated and the house price is rising too fast, the country has successively issued the relevant economic macro-control measures this year to restrain the real estate market from growing too fast. When the competition in the real estate market is becoming increasingly fierce, large real estate companies continue to expand their real estate business in the second and third tier cities, constantly squeezing the living space of real estate development companies like HY, under the condition of deterioration of the internal and external environment. How to formulate strategic goals and implement strategies for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises will become a serious problem for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to survive and develop. Based on the literature review of the theory of enterprise strategic management and the method of enterprise strategy analysis, the significance and method of this paper are put forward in this paper. From the perspective of the internal and external environment of HY Real Estate Development Company, the history and characteristics of the company's development are first expounded, then the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages, threats and opportunities of the HY Real Estate Development Company are analyzed with the help of SWOT. Secondly, through BCG matrix analysis, HY Real Estate Development Company further expounds the company's objectives and strategic options, as well as the overall strategy and competitive strategy choice. Finally, this paper discusses the principle and mode of strategy implementation, and puts forward the support measures of strategy implementation. HY Real Estate Development Company makes full use of its advantages through the continuous complex internal and external environment. In order to realize the strategic goal of HY real estate development company, the corresponding strategic choice is made to achieve the goal of promoting the stable development of the company.
