【摘要】：以金融危機(jī)為背景,研究國有產(chǎn)權(quán)與上市公司表現(xiàn)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,最終控制人為國有的上市公司在金融危機(jī)期間的表現(xiàn)更好,國有控股對股票價格收益有正向作用。同時,國有最終控制人僅在金融危機(jī)期間可以減小公司受到ST處理的概率。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)非融資約束企業(yè)中,國有產(chǎn)權(quán)對公司股票收益率起正向作用,而在融資約束企業(yè)中國有、非國有企業(yè)沒有明顯差異,說明在金融危機(jī)中國有最終控制人對企業(yè)"幫助之手"更強(qiáng),而"攫取之手"更弱,對企業(yè)的掏空動機(jī)更弱,從而使得國有企業(yè)表現(xiàn)相對更好。
[Abstract]:Taking the financial crisis as the background, this paper studies the relationship between state-owned property rights and the performance of listed companies. The results show that the final control of the artificial state-owned listed companies performed better during the financial crisis, and the state-owned holding has a positive effect on the stock price returns. At the same time, state-owned ultimate controllers can reduce the probability of St treatment only during the financial crisis. Further study shows that the state-owned property right plays a positive role in the stock yield of non-financing constrained enterprises, while in China, there is no obvious difference between the non-state-owned enterprises. It shows that in the financial crisis China has the ultimate controller to the enterprise "help hand" stronger, "grab the hand" weaker, to the enterprise's emptying motivation is weaker, thus causes the state-owned enterprise to perform relatively better.
