【摘要】：理論界對租賃型保障性住房后期運營管理研究的不夠充實,且缺乏實證分析。本文以河北省為例,在對租賃型保障性住房后期運營管理的主管部門、住戶進行問卷調(diào)查,與行業(yè)主管部門領(lǐng)導進行深度訪談,獲得較為充足的數(shù)據(jù)與資料的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了租賃型保障性住房后期運營管理的問題,并提出了相應的政策建議。研究表明,河北亟須建立由非營利性組織負責的租賃型保障性住房后期運營管理模式,這一結(jié)論對中國其他省份租賃型保障性住房后期運營管理的完善具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:The theoretical research on the later operation management of the rental housing is not sufficient and lack of empirical analysis. This paper takes Hebei Province as an example, on the basis of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with industry leaders to obtain sufficient data and information for the department in charge of the later stage operation and management of rental housing. This paper analyzes the problems of the later stage operation and management of the rental housing, and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions. The research shows that it is urgent for Hebei to establish the late operation management model of rental affordable housing, which is the responsibility of non-profit organizations. This conclusion has a certain reference value for the improvement of the later operation management of rental affordable housing in other provinces of China.
