【摘要】：本文對固原市貧困地區(qū)民貿(mào)貼息政策落實情況進行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),固原市民族企業(yè)貸款利差補貼優(yōu)惠政策落實難的主要原因是職能部門對政策的宣傳實施不到位,補貼政策條件規(guī)定過時,并有針對性地提出了相關(guān)對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the paper analyses the implementation of the interest rate policy in the poor areas of Guyuan. It is found that the main reasons for the difficulty in implementing the preferential subsidy policy of the national enterprise loan difference in Guyuan are that the function departments do not carry out the propaganda and implement the policy, the conditions of the subsidy policy are out of date, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
