【摘要】：基于福建省沙縣53份農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村土地信托流轉意愿的問卷調查和對本地信托公司的訪談,運用二元Logistic模型對農(nóng)戶參與土地流轉意愿的影響因素進行回歸分析。研究結果表明:家庭主要收入、土地信托流轉政策的合理性等因素對農(nóng)戶參與土地流轉意愿具有顯著影響。因此,應通過提高農(nóng)民對土地流轉的認識,調整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結構,增加農(nóng)民收入,拓展就業(yè)渠道,制定科學的政策法規(guī)等多種措施帶動農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村土地信托流轉。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey of 53 farmers' willingness to participate in the transfer of rural land trust and interviews with local trust companies in Shaxian County, Fujian Province, regression analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in land transfer by using a binary Logistic model. The results show that the main income of the family and the rationality of the land trust transfer policy have a significant impact on the farmers' willingness to participate in the land transfer. Therefore, we should improve farmers' understanding of land circulation, adjust rural industrial structure, increase farmers' income, expand employment channels, and formulate scientific policies and regulations to promote farmers to participate in the circulation of rural land trust.
