【摘要】：在當(dāng)前眾多房企爭(zhēng)相轉(zhuǎn)向商業(yè)地產(chǎn)的背景下,通過(guò)分析商業(yè)地產(chǎn)資金鏈構(gòu)成,研究開(kāi)發(fā)流程下的商業(yè)地產(chǎn)資金流動(dòng)過(guò)程,結(jié)合商業(yè)地產(chǎn)資金鏈的管理現(xiàn)狀及資金投入鏈、運(yùn)營(yíng)鏈、回籠鏈等方面出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,尋求政府層面及企業(yè)層面的解決對(duì)策,促進(jìn)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background that many housing enterprises are competing to turn to commercial real estate, by analyzing the composition of commercial real estate capital chain, the paper studies the process of commercial real estate capital flow under the development process, and combines the management status and investment chain of commercial real estate fund chain. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of commercial real estate, the problems in operation chain and return chain should be solved in the government level and enterprise level.
