【摘要】：A公司是一家金融IT綜合服務(wù)提供商,中國(guó)金融行業(yè)客戶重要戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。2007年,A公司在美國(guó)紐交所上市,2012年8月31日,因涉嫌財(cái)務(wù)造假,A公司宣布解散。本文通過分析A公司的商業(yè)背景,和其違規(guī)作假的方法,來(lái)探究香櫞等美國(guó)研究機(jī)構(gòu)做空中國(guó)概念股的過程,并對(duì)其提出建議。
[Abstract]:Company A is a comprehensive financial IT service provider and an important strategic partner for Chinese clients in the financial sector. It was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2007 and was dissolved on Aug. 31, 2012, on suspicion of financial fraud. By analyzing the business background of company A and the methods of forgery, this paper explores the process of short selling Chinese stocks by Citron and other American research institutions, and puts forward some suggestions.
