【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)，都視科學(xué)技術(shù)為第一生產(chǎn)力，視發(fā)明創(chuàng)新為最大推動(dòng)力。但是事實(shí)上，幾乎有一半以上的發(fā)明創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目由于得不到資金的支持而不能轉(zhuǎn)化為真正的生產(chǎn)力，造成了社會(huì)財(cái)富的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)，，而與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的是大量的社會(huì)閑散資金積聚和閑置。張所地教授試圖制定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目交易平臺(tái)，可以有效解決資源的共享問題，并能顯著改善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資源的使用效率。本文就是在此課題的資助下對(duì)發(fā)明創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究，主要研究工作如下： 1.定義了樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值的二維度結(jié)構(gòu)及計(jì)算公式。 本文依據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目交易平臺(tái)的思想，選取民間發(fā)明創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目這一特殊的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)所收集的發(fā)明項(xiàng)目案例及發(fā)明人進(jìn)行分析，提出了樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值的二維度劃分，給出了HVCP、POP和POO的概念及HVCP的計(jì)算公式，并對(duì)這些概念及其公式的影響因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的解釋。 2.完成了樂投項(xiàng)目的分類編碼及拆分。 本文根據(jù)影響樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值的9個(gè)主要因素及其他因素，對(duì)每一項(xiàng)樂投項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了編碼。文章還對(duì)擬完成估值的樂投項(xiàng)目的具體價(jià)值進(jìn)行了十級(jí)的等級(jí)劃分，并確定每一等級(jí)的點(diǎn)權(quán)面值，通過計(jì)算的樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值及點(diǎn)權(quán)面值，完成了對(duì)樂投項(xiàng)目的樂的計(jì)算，即完成樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值的拆分。 3.對(duì)樂投項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 本文在樂投項(xiàng)目估值分類、編碼及拆分的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)收集到的民間發(fā)明創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析研究，并計(jì)算出了樂投項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值的平均值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, all countries in the world regard science and technology as the first productive force and invention and innovation as the greatest driving force. But in fact, almost half of the invention and innovation projects can not be converted into real productivity because of lack of financial support, resulting in a serious waste of social wealth. And corresponding to it is a large number of social idle capital accumulation and idle. The venture capital project trading platform that Professor Zhang tries to develop can effectively solve the problem of resource sharing and improve the efficiency of the use of risk resources. This paper studies the invention and innovation project under the financial support of this project. The main research work is as follows: 1. This paper defines the two-dimensional structure and calculation formula of the value of the project. According to the idea of venture capital project trading platform, this paper selects the folk invention innovation project as the research object, and analyzes the case of the invention project and the inventor. This paper puts forward the two-dimensional division of the value of the project, gives the concepts of HVCP pop and POO and the calculation formulas of HVCP, and explains in detail these concepts and the influencing factors of the formulas. 2. Completed the classification and coding of the project and split. This paper encodes each item according to the nine main factors and other factors that affect the value of the project. The paper also divides the specific value of the project into ten levels, and determines the point weight value of each grade. By calculating the value of the project and the value of the point weight, the paper completes the calculation of the music of the project. That is to complete the value of the project Le Chou split. 3. An empirical analysis of the project is carried out. Based on the classification, coding and splitting of the project valuation, this paper makes an empirical study on the collected folk invention and innovation project, and calculates the average value of the project.
