【摘要】：新三板市場作為我國多層次資本市場的有機組成,完善的信息披露體系是充分發(fā)揮市場配置資源作用的關(guān)鍵。目前,新三板在信息披露上存在的問題有:制度建設(shè)缺乏針對性、監(jiān)管與處罰不到位、披露渠道單一等。只有以投資者需求為導(dǎo)向,建立具有新三板特色的信息披露制度,加大對信息披露違規(guī)行為的懲處力度,拓展互動式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息披露形式,才能充分發(fā)揮新三板市場引導(dǎo)資源配置的功能,更好地服務(wù)于實體經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:As the organic composition of our country's multi-level capital market, the perfect information disclosure system is the key to give full play to the role of the market in allocating resources. At present, the problems existing in the information disclosure of the new three boards are: the lack of pertinence in the construction of the system, the lack of supervision and punishment, the single channel of disclosure and so on. Only by taking the demand of investors as the guide, establishing the information disclosure system with the characteristics of the new three boards, increasing the punishment for the violation of information disclosure, expanding the interactive and networked forms of information disclosure, In order to give full play to the new three-board market to guide the allocation of resources, better serve the real economy transformation and upgrading.
