A行中小企業(yè)“信貸工廠”授信模式研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,大力發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)成為商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對金融形勢變化的戰(zhàn)略選擇。國內(nèi)多家商業(yè)銀行紛紛從海外引入“信貸工廠”授信模式,并加以改進(jìn)適應(yīng),積極開展新模式下的中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù),以期擴(kuò)大自身在中小企業(yè)信貸市場的份額,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。A行為某大型商業(yè)銀行的湖南分行,于2009年開始復(fù)制并推廣這一授信模式。該模式運行至今,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些問題。 本文通過案例分析、比較研究等方法,運用銀行再造、信息不對稱、和商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險管理理論,分析A行中小企業(yè)“信貸工廠”授信模式的現(xiàn)狀,肯定該模式創(chuàng)造的效益,對多個典型案例進(jìn)行了分析,并將其與其他商業(yè)銀行的“信貸工廠”授信模式對比,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)A行“信貸工廠”授信模式存在一些問題:專業(yè)化程度不高,營銷體系不完善,風(fēng)險管理水平有待提高,產(chǎn)品競爭力不強(qiáng),信用貸款比重低。在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議,旨在探索出A行實現(xiàn)中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)健康快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實路徑,并力爭給其他商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, it becomes a strategic choice for commercial banks to deal with the changes of the financial situation by vigorously developing the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises. Many domestic commercial banks have introduced the credit mode of "credit factory" from overseas, improved and adapted it, and actively carried out the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises under the new mode, in order to expand their share in the credit market of small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2009, Hunan branch of a large commercial bank began to replicate and popularize this credit model. So far, the model has achieved some results, but there are also some problems. By means of case study, comparative study and using the theory of bank reengineering, information asymmetry, and commercial bank credit risk management, this paper analyzes the present situation of "credit factory" credit mode of bank A medium and small enterprises, and affirms the benefits created by this model. This paper analyzes several typical cases and compares them with other commercial banks' credit mode of "credit factory", and then finds out that there are some problems in "credit factory" credit mode of Bank A: the degree of specialization is not high, and the marketing system is not perfect. Risk management level needs to be improved, product competitiveness is not strong, credit loan proportion is low. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to explore the realistic path to realize the healthy and rapid development of the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises. And strive to other commercial banks to develop small and medium-sized credit business to provide certain reference.
