【摘要】：正隨著我國(guó)融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的深化,國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)為我國(guó)企業(yè)提供的資金通道也越來(lái)越多,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)可以通過(guò)越來(lái)越多的途徑借入境外資金,這些資金不僅在成本上低于國(guó)內(nèi),而且使用上受到的限制也較少。為此,企業(yè)利用國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)上閑置資金的規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,動(dòng)力也越來(lái)越足。但任何事物都有兩面性,企業(yè)在享受境外資金便利的同時(shí),也面臨著這樣或那樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),識(shí)別并采取措施規(guī)避這些風(fēng)
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's integration into the world economic system, the international financial market is also providing more and more financial channels for Chinese enterprises. Domestic enterprises can borrow overseas funds through more and more channels. These funds are not only less expensive than at home, but also less restrictive in their use. To this end, the scale of enterprises using idle funds in the international financial market is getting larger and larger, and the power is more and more sufficient. However, there are two sides to everything. While enjoying the convenience of overseas funds, enterprises are also facing risks of one kind or another, identify and take measures to avoid these winds.
