【摘要】：由于受到全球經(jīng)濟一體化影響以及我國近年來資本市場改革的影響,我國證券公司投資銀行業(yè)務正由高度依賴政治因素轉變?yōu)橐揽渴袌龆▋r機制和合作承銷的模式。由于合作承銷具有將風險進行分散、獲取更多承銷資源和提升并鞏固證券公司在行業(yè)的地位等重要作用,合作承銷逐漸的被各家證券公司所重視,并且在受區(qū)域經(jīng)濟影響的基礎上形成了股票承銷區(qū)域合作網(wǎng)絡。我國股票承銷區(qū)域合作網(wǎng)絡具有怎樣的屬性、特征,各區(qū)域在承銷合作網(wǎng)絡中具有怎樣的地位,是一個值得重點關注的問題。 本文正式基于以上的背景,對證券公司區(qū)域間股票承銷合作網(wǎng)絡進行研究。文章的第二部分分析了我國股票承銷的現(xiàn)狀以及股票承銷區(qū)域合作網(wǎng)絡的發(fā)展原因,在此基礎上第三部分利用了密度、中心度和網(wǎng)絡拓撲結構、這些整體網(wǎng)絡基本分析方法對區(qū)域間股票承銷合作網(wǎng)絡進行了測度；并且利用了核心—邊緣的離散模型和連續(xù)模型對區(qū)域間股票承銷合作網(wǎng)絡中各個元素的核心程度及對部分元素組成的凝聚子群進行了測度。第三部分末尾總結了關于整體網(wǎng)及個體網(wǎng)屬性方面的研究結論：(1)股票區(qū)域間聯(lián)合承銷網(wǎng)絡整體是具有凝聚性的；(2)在股票承銷區(qū)域合作網(wǎng)絡中,各個地區(qū)的網(wǎng)絡地位有很大的差異；(3)處于網(wǎng)絡核心位置的地區(qū)之間的股票承銷合作十分緊密；(4)處在非核心位置的地區(qū)之間聯(lián)系較少,它們比較傾向于與處在核心部分的地區(qū)合作；(5)各派系中重疊的區(qū)域比較大。并在此基礎上就對未來區(qū)域證券業(yè)的發(fā)展和提高證券業(yè)競爭力以及區(qū)域協(xié)調發(fā)展提出了相關的建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of global economic integration and the capital market reform in China in recent years, the investment banking business of China's securities companies is changing from highly dependent on political factors to a mode of relying on market pricing mechanism and cooperative underwriting. Because cooperative underwriting plays an important role in dispersing risks, obtaining more underwriting resources and enhancing and consolidating the position of securities companies in the industry, cooperative underwriting has gradually been attached importance to by various securities companies. And on the basis of the influence of regional economy, the regional cooperation network of stock underwriting is formed. What kind of attribute and characteristics of the regional cooperative network of stock underwriting in our country, and what kind of position each region has in the cooperative network of underwriting, is a problem that deserves to be paid more attention to. Based on the above background, this paper studies the inter-regional stock underwriting cooperative network of securities companies. The second part of the paper analyzes the current situation of stock underwriting in China and the reasons for the development of regional cooperative network of stock underwriting. On the basis of this, the third part uses density, centrality and network topology. These basic analysis methods measure the inter-regional stock underwriting cooperative network. The core-edge discrete model and continuous model are used to measure the core degree of each element and the condensed subgroup of some elements in the inter-regional stock underwriting cooperative network. At the end of the third part, the conclusion of the research on the attributes of the whole network and the individual network is concluded: 1) the stock joint underwriting network is a condensed regional cooperative network. The network status of each region is very different. (3) the stock underwriting cooperation between the regions at the core of the network is very close. (4) there is less connection between the regions in the non-core position. They tend to overlap with the core regional groups. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward for the future development of the regional securities industry, the improvement of the competitiveness of the securities industry and the coordinated development of the region.
