【摘要】：正家族信托作為一項(xiàng)家族財(cái)富傳承工具早已在國際上廣泛盛行;但在國內(nèi),還只是初露端倪——2013年被譽(yù)為"中國版家族信托元年"。源于古羅馬帝國時(shí)代信托遺贈(zèng)制的家族信托,是以家族成員作為委托人,將合法擁有的財(cái)產(chǎn)委托給信托機(jī)構(gòu),由信托機(jī)構(gòu)代為管理、處置家庭財(cái)產(chǎn),并向指定受益人定期分配的一種財(cái)產(chǎn)管理方式,目的在于實(shí)現(xiàn)家族財(cái)富的規(guī)劃、傳承和保護(hù)。"富不過三代"并非中國特色,"窮孫子"在全球家族企業(yè)中普遍存在。
