【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論界,投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系是一個(gè)永恒的話題,一直以來投資都被認(rèn)為是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要因素之一。而伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論的不斷發(fā)展,投資也逐漸被賦予了更多的意義�，F(xiàn)實(shí)中,一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展不僅改變著其本國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)途徑,也會(huì)改變一國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)投資模式。而投資模式的變化,又反過來影響一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。 我國(guó)當(dāng)前正處于由過去強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)到現(xiàn)在重視經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大發(fā)展理念轉(zhuǎn)變和實(shí)踐轉(zhuǎn)型中,而在這一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,投資作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)重要引擎,其應(yīng)該如何變化,又會(huì)起到怎樣的作用,毫無疑問是一個(gè)值得重點(diǎn)研究的領(lǐng)域。 關(guān)于投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的研究理論有很多,其中的研究方法也并非千篇一律。本論文試圖以投資中的投資模式作為研究對(duì)象,通過研究改革開放三十年來我國(guó)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系和近十年我國(guó)不同投資類型的投資主體在投資效率方面的差異來探討我國(guó)在今后的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中,應(yīng)該對(duì)當(dāng)前的投資模式做出怎樣的調(diào)整。 本論文主要分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,主要介紹本文的選題背景及意義,并對(duì)近些年國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)要介紹本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容,并試圖在本人的研究過程中進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)的嘗試,但由于本人的研究能力有限,本文還存在很多不足之處。第二部分主要介紹與本文研究相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,并為全文的研究與撰寫提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分主要研究我國(guó)改革開放近三十年來的投資模式狀況,包括我國(guó)近三十年發(fā)展中投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率和拉動(dòng)力,按經(jīng)濟(jì)類型分類的我國(guó)固定資產(chǎn)投資比例變化情況和我國(guó)不同部門間投資效率分析,并結(jié)合分析對(duì)我國(guó)目前投資模式下存在的問題做初步的陳述。第四部分則結(jié)合第三部分的分析,論述在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)換的背景下,我國(guó)投資模式的轉(zhuǎn)換目標(biāo),并借鑒轉(zhuǎn)型成功的東亞經(jīng)驗(yàn)和轉(zhuǎn)型失敗的拉美經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)投資模式的轉(zhuǎn)換途徑提出建議。第五部分為轉(zhuǎn)變我國(guó)投資模式的政策建議,包括今后我國(guó)投資管理體制的改革和投資政策市場(chǎng)化的取向趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),對(duì)于完善我國(guó)今后投資評(píng)價(jià)體系也提出了自己的一點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:In the field of economic theory, the relationship between investment and economic growth is an eternal topic, investment has always been considered as one of the important factors of economic growth. With the continuous development of economic theory, investment is gradually given more significance. In reality, the continuous development of a country's economy not only changes its internal economic growth path, but also changes its domestic investment mode. The change of investment mode, in turn, affects the long-term development of a country's economy. Our country is currently in the process of the transformation of major development concepts and practices from the past emphasis on economic growth to the present emphasis on economic development. In the process of this transformation, how should investment, as an important engine of economic growth, change? What kind of role will play, is undoubtedly a field worthy of key research. There are many theories about investment and economic growth, and the research methods are not the same. This thesis attempts to take the investment pattern in investment as the research object. By studying the relationship between China's investment and economic growth in the past three decades and the differences in investment efficiency of different types of investment in recent ten years, this paper discusses the process of our country's economic development in the future. What kind of adjustment should be made to the current investment model? This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad in recent years, and briefly introduces the main content of this paper. And try to carry on the innovation point in my research process, but because of my research ability is limited, this paper still has many deficiencies. The second part mainly introduces the economic theory related to this paper, and provides the theoretical basis for the research and writing of the full text. The third part mainly studies the situation of investment mode in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, including the contribution rate and pull force of investment to economic growth in the past 30 years. This paper analyzes the changes of fixed asset investment proportion and the investment efficiency among different departments in China according to the economic types, and makes a preliminary statement on the problems existing in the present investment mode of our country. The fourth part combines the analysis of the third part, discusses the transformation target of our country's investment mode under the background of the transformation of our country's economic development mode, and draws lessons from the successful East Asian experience of the transition and the Latin American experience of the transition failure. Put forward the suggestion to our country investment pattern conversion way. The fifth part is the policy suggestions for the transformation of China's investment mode, including the reform of the investment management system and the trend of the marketization of the investment policy in the future. At the same time, to improve our future investment evaluation system also put forward their own suggestions.
