【摘要】：股權(quán)眾籌對完善我國多層次資本市場,支持小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)具有積極意義。眾籌平臺在項目運作過程中設(shè)置了不同機制以保障股權(quán)眾籌的有效運行。本文通過對當前股權(quán)眾籌主要運行機制如信息發(fā)布、閾值、領(lǐng)投、資金管理等的研究,分析股權(quán)眾籌發(fā)展中存在的問題,進而提出改善的建議及措施。
[Abstract]:To improve the multi-level capital market of our country, It is of positive significance to support small and micro enterprises' innovation and entrepreneurship. The crowdfunding platform has set up different mechanisms to ensure the effective operation of the stock rights crowdfunding in the course of the project operation. In this paper, the main operating mechanisms of the stock rights crowdfunding, such as information release, threshold, etc. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of equity crowdfunding, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for improvement.
