【摘要】：從分析房產(chǎn)稅的出臺與擴(kuò)容、住房市場板塊結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀入手,研究優(yōu)化房產(chǎn)稅與住房市場板塊結(jié)構(gòu)。房產(chǎn)稅定位要以有效調(diào)控房價為目標(biāo),住房市場要以保障性住房為主,擬可加快構(gòu)建全國個人住房信息聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)房產(chǎn)稅與住房市場板塊的一體化設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Starting with the introduction and expansion of the property tax and the current situation of the housing market plate structure, this paper studies the optimization of the housing tax and housing market plate structure. It can accelerate the construction of the national personal housing information networking system and realize the integration design of housing tax and housing market.
