【摘要】：中共十八屆三中全會(huì)勝利閉幕,全面深化改革的藍(lán)圖已經(jīng)展開。面對(duì)新形勢(shì)新任務(wù),全面建成小康社會(huì),進(jìn)而建成富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng),必須在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上全面深化改革,不斷增強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信;必須更加注重改革的系統(tǒng)性、整體性、協(xié)同性,加快發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、民主政治、先進(jìn)文化、和諧社會(huì)、生態(tài)文明。為貫徹落實(shí)中共十八屆三中全會(huì)精神,準(zhǔn)確把握全面深化改革的深刻內(nèi)涵,本刊特別開設(shè)"全面深化改革熱點(diǎn)問題大家談"專欄,為全面深化改革熱點(diǎn)問題的研究提供一個(gè)交流和探討的平臺(tái),邀請(qǐng)資深學(xué)者專家對(duì)全面深化改革熱點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行研討,以期為全面深化改革建言獻(xiàn)策,促進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度的完善和發(fā)展,推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ended successfully, and the blueprint for comprehensive deepening reform has been launched. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, we should build a well-off society in an all-round way, and then build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, must comprehensively deepen the reform at a new historical starting point, constantly strengthen the confidence in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in theory and in the system, and pay more attention to the systematization and integrity of the reform. To speed up the development of socialist market economy, democratic politics, advanced culture, harmonious society, and ecological civilization. In order to carry out the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee and accurately grasp the profound connotation of comprehensively deepening the reform, In particular, our magazine has set up a column entitled "talking about the Hot issues of All-round deepening Reform," which provides a platform for exchanging and discussing hot issues in comprehensively deepening reform, and invites senior scholars and experts to discuss the hot issues of comprehensively deepening reform. It is expected to make suggestions for deepening the reform, promote the perfection and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability.
