【摘要】：在以間接金融為主的甘肅,銀行信貸資金實(shí)至名歸的成為其國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展血液,支撐著該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。但資金作為一種資源與生俱來(lái)具有稀缺性,因而,不斷提高信貸資金的配置效率成為銀行業(yè)一項(xiàng)重要的金融使命。銀行信貸資金配置效率的高低既取決于銀行內(nèi)部金融環(huán)境,也受諸如經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、法律環(huán)境、社會(huì)誠(chéng)信、政府行為等與金融體系緊密相關(guān)的外部社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的影響。對(duì)甘肅省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境影響因素的考察,有助于提高甘肅省銀行信貸資金配置效率的水平,進(jìn)而更有效的發(fā)揮信貸資金對(duì)甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用。 本文共分為七個(gè)部分。第一部分導(dǎo)論主要闡述了文章的研究背景、意義和研究綜述以及研究思路、方法；第二部分在界定金融生態(tài)環(huán)境和信貸資金配置效率涵義的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)與二者緊密相關(guān)的金融生態(tài)理論和資源配置效率理論進(jìn)行了概述；第三部分利用Wurgler模型對(duì)甘肅省信貸資金配置效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)度；第四部分分別對(duì)甘肅省五個(gè)金融生態(tài)子環(huán)境：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、文化信用環(huán)境、法律環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)中介、政府行為測(cè)評(píng)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)甘肅省整體的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境水平進(jìn)行了考察；第五部分從理論角度分析了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)信貸資金配置效率影響的機(jī)理；第六部分運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列模型就甘肅省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)信貸資金配置效率的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、文化信用環(huán)境、法律環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)中介、政府行為對(duì)甘肅省信貸資金配置效率的影響分別為：37.54%、19.24%、10.75%、12.42%、9.09%。第七部分根據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)論提出了改善甘肅省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,以提高甘肅省信貸資金配置效率的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In Gansu Province, which is dominated by indirect finance, bank credit funds are worthy of becoming the blood of the development of the national economy and supporting the economic growth of the region. However, as a kind of natural resources, funds are inherently scarce, so, Increasing the allocation efficiency of credit funds has become an important financial mission for the banking industry. The allocation efficiency of bank credit funds depends not only on the bank's internal financial environment, but also on the level of economic development, the legal environment and social integrity. The influence of the external social and economic environment closely related to the financial system. The investigation of the influencing factors of the financial ecological environment in Gansu Province will help to improve the efficiency of the allocation of credit funds in the banks of Gansu Province. And then more effectively play the role of credit funds to promote the economic development of Gansu Province. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part mainly describes the research background, significance, research review, research ideas and methods. The second part is based on the definition of financial ecological environment and the efficiency of credit allocation. This paper summarizes the theory of financial ecology and resource allocation efficiency which is closely related to the two theories. The third part measures the efficiency of credit allocation in Gansu Province by using Wurgler model. On the basis of the evaluation of the economic development level, the cultural credit environment, the legal environment, the market intermediary and the government behavior, the financial ecological environment level of Gansu province is investigated in 4th part. Part 5th analyzes the mechanism of the influence of the financial ecological environment on the efficiency of the allocation of credit funds from the theoretical point of view; Part 6th uses time series model to empirically test the effect of financial ecological environment on the efficiency of credit allocation in Gansu Province. The results show that the level of economic development, the cultural credit environment, the legal environment, the market intermediary, the economic development level, the cultural credit environment, the legal environment, and the market intermediary. The influence of government behavior on the allocation efficiency of credit funds in Gansu province is respectively: 37.54 and 19.240.10. 75, 12.42 and 9.09. 7th. According to the conclusion of empirical test, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financial ecological environment of Gansu Province in order to improve the efficiency of credit fund allocation in Gansu Province.
