【摘要】：由美國次貸危機(jī)引爆的國際金融危機(jī),已使許多西方資本主義國家深陷經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和政治的多重危機(jī)。這次危機(jī)迫使發(fā)達(dá)國家金融機(jī)構(gòu)不得不重新分配資產(chǎn)、估計風(fēng)險,歐美國家資金將紛紛回流本國,加強(qiáng)當(dāng)?shù)亟鹑跈C(jī)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性。由此將導(dǎo)致新經(jīng)濟(jì)體的本國貨幣貶值、投資總體規(guī)模下降、證券市場價格大幅縮水、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長放慢甚至衰退。作為新興市場國家之一的中國既面臨著新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。金融市場歷來被稱為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的“晴雨表”和“氣象臺”,反映了宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的情況和發(fā)展水平,為國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的決策和執(zhí)行提供了有意義的信息。本文將立足于中國內(nèi)地及香港金融監(jiān)管政策研究,著重分析兩地資本市場的不同以及兩地金融監(jiān)管制度的不同,嘗試對建立公平、公正、包容、有序的國際金融新秩序有所裨益。。 本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了世界各國金融監(jiān)管體系的發(fā)展,著重介紹了中國內(nèi)地與香港的金融監(jiān)管體系的發(fā)展階段及監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的制度內(nèi)因。提出發(fā)展內(nèi)地金融監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的參考性建議。
[Abstract]:The international financial crisis triggered by the American subprime crisis has brought many western capitalist countries to a multi - crisis economic , social and political crisis . The crisis has forced the financial institutions of developed countries to redistribute their assets , estimate the risks , and the European and American funds will return to their home country to strengthen the stability of local financial institutions . The financial markets have always been called the " barometer " and " weather station " of the national economy . The paper will focus on the different capital markets of the two places and the financial supervision system of the two places , and try to benefit the establishment of a fair , just , inclusive and orderly international financial order . This paper systematically introduces the development of the financial supervision system in the world , emphatically introduces the development stage of the financial supervision system in the mainland of China and Hong Kong and the system of the supervision system , and puts forward the reference suggestion of the development of the financial supervision system in the Mainland .
