【摘要】：正在我國(guó)資產(chǎn)證券化一級(jí)市場(chǎng)不斷擴(kuò)容的過程中,資產(chǎn)證券化二級(jí)市場(chǎng)卻交投清淡,并且收益率溢價(jià)明顯。本文在分析我國(guó)資產(chǎn)證券化一級(jí)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、二級(jí)市場(chǎng)存在的各種問題后,針對(duì)資產(chǎn)證券化市場(chǎng),尤其是二級(jí)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展與突破,提供了一些相關(guān)思考與政策建議。流動(dòng)性是證券融資區(qū)別于其他形式融資的本質(zhì),資產(chǎn)證券化的主要目的之一就在于將不能流動(dòng)的資產(chǎn)以證券的方式流動(dòng)起來(lái),而二級(jí)市場(chǎng)的效率提升將直接有助于一級(jí)市場(chǎng)的順利發(fā)行與定
[Abstract]:In the process of expanding the primary market of asset securitization in our country, the secondary market of asset securitization is light, and the yield premium is obvious. This paper analyzes the development of the primary market of asset securitization in China. In view of the development and breakthrough of asset securitization market, especially the development and breakthrough of secondary market, some relevant thinking and policy suggestions are provided after various problems in secondary market. Liquidity is the essence of securities financing which is different from other forms of financing. One of the main purposes of asset securitization is to flow the assets that cannot flow in the form of securities, and the efficiency improvement of the secondary market will contribute directly to the smooth issuance and determination of the primary market.
