【摘要】：近年來，隨著第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷崛起，金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上的集聚趨勢不斷凸顯，新興金融服務業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的作用也越來越顯著。因此，理論界開始把目光聚焦在金融發(fā)展的研究和相關理論的論證上，專門針對金融集聚效應的研究開始成為一個新的熱門話題。本文即在研讀前人文獻的基礎上，對于金融集聚與經(jīng)濟增長二者間相互作用的機制進行了雙向檢驗。 本文首先對經(jīng)濟增長與金融集聚關系研究的相關文獻進行了梳理和介紹。在此基礎上，指出前人文獻大都是論證和分析金融集聚對經(jīng)濟增長的作用，，但并未考慮經(jīng)濟增長對金融集聚的影響，本文即以此作為擬解決的關鍵問題，進行分析論證。 其次，本文從金融集聚對經(jīng)濟增長的作用和經(jīng)濟增長對金融集聚的影響兩個方面出發(fā)，依托近年來金融指標的相關數(shù)據(jù)，對我國目前金融集聚和經(jīng)濟增長的現(xiàn)狀進行了客觀描述。同時簡要介紹了對二者關系研究的基礎理論。 再次，實證研究是本文的核心內(nèi)容。在這部分中，為了使分析結果更加接近一般規(guī)律，本文對東中西部地區(qū)分別作了分析，選取九個代表城市的時間序列區(qū)位熵作為區(qū)域金融集聚度指標，用地區(qū)人均GDP增長率來衡量一地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平。對變量2003-2012年十年間的原始數(shù)據(jù)進行測算，得出相應的指標數(shù)值，然后再分別對東中西部的指標數(shù)據(jù)進行脈沖響應函數(shù)分析、方差分解分析和格蘭杰因果檢驗，驗證變量間因果關系。檢驗結果顯示：地區(qū)金融集聚的形成和發(fā)展對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長具有正向推動作用，地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的增長對金融集聚效應的依賴度較高。同時，地區(qū)金融集聚的形成還可以在一定程度上帶動周邊地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。金融集聚與經(jīng)濟增長二者間相互作用的程度較大，且經(jīng)濟增長對金融集聚的作用程度稍大于金融集聚對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻度。 最后，對經(jīng)濟增長中的金融集聚效應和金融集聚與經(jīng)濟增長間相互作用機制的實證分析結論加以總結，并基于實證結論，提出了幾點政策建議。其一，在國家和地方政府層面，應減少政府尋租，培育更加開放、自由的金融市場；加大政府政策和服務支持力度，完善金融中心的軟、硬件設施；合理運用政府資本和國家宏觀調控手段，盡量預防和減少金融集聚的負面效應。其二，在金融機構和金融組織自身層面上，應優(yōu)化組織結構，充分利用金融集聚的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟等正效應；注重高尖端人才的引進和培養(yǎng)，不斷創(chuàng)新；加強行業(yè)自律，自覺遵守行業(yè)準則。其三，在法律層面上，應加強金融監(jiān)管，促進金融立法；完善風險控制，建立健全信用評價體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the rise of the third industry , the agglomeration trend of the financial industry in the space has become more and more prominent , and the role of the emerging financial services in the national economy has become more and more prominent . Therefore , the theoretical circle has begun to focus on the research of financial development and the demonstration of the relevant theories . Therefore , the research on the financial agglomeration effect has become a new hot topic . In this article , the paper studies the mechanism of the interaction between financial agglomeration and economic growth on the basis of studying the previous literature . Based on this , it is pointed out that most of the previous articles are proved and analyzed the effect of financial agglomeration on economic growth , but the influence of economic growth on financial agglomeration is not taken into account . Secondly , based on the relevant data of financial indicators in recent years , this paper gives an objective description of the present situation of financial agglomeration and economic growth in our country . At the same time , the basic theory of the research on the relationship is briefly introduced . In this part , in order to make the analysis result closer to the general rule , in order to make the analysis result closer to the general rule , this paper analyses the regional economic development level by using the regional economic development level of nine representative cities . The result shows that the formation and development of regional financial agglomeration can drive the development of regional economic growth in the region . At the same time , at the national and local government levels , we should reduce government rent - seeking , cultivate more open and free financial markets , strengthen government policy and service support , perfect financial center ' s soft and hardware facilities , make full use of government capital and national macro - control measures to try to prevent and reduce the negative effects of financial agglomeration . At the legal level , financial supervision should be strengthened , financial legislation should be promoted , risk control should be improved , and credit evaluation system should be established .
