【摘要】：資產(chǎn)證券化是上世紀在美國最先發(fā)展起來的新型融資工具,因其融資范圍廣泛證券化在世界各國取得了長足發(fā)展,然而我國尚處于起步階段,發(fā)展并不成熟。資產(chǎn)證券化作為一種新型的融資工具,復雜的交易流程中蘊含著較大的信用風險。促進證券化產(chǎn)品的成功發(fā)行,吸引投資者投資購買,幾乎所有的資產(chǎn)證券化交易都采取了增加信用水平的措施來提高產(chǎn)品信用等級。在資產(chǎn)證券化信用增級的過程中存在內(nèi)部信用增級和外部信用增級兩種制度。針對不同的資產(chǎn)特點和市場需求選擇不同的增信制度。增信制度本身存在著難以避免的缺陷,且我國證券化市場發(fā)展晚,增信制度尚不成熟,導致我國在資產(chǎn)證券化中對資產(chǎn)的增信效果不理想。同時我國的信用市場和法律環(huán)境中存在不適應證券化的因素,使得資產(chǎn)在證券化增信過程中受到阻礙。本文試圖從改善信用增級自身缺陷、多角度選擇增信制度、改革信用評級制度、完善資本市場和法律環(huán)境的角度,為資產(chǎn)證券化完善信用增級制度,以便能更好的服務于金融市場、維護金融市場秩序。
[Abstract]:Asset securitization is the first new financing tool developed in the U.S . in the last century , because its financing scope is widely securitised in all countries of the world , but our country is still in its infancy , and it is not mature . At the same time , the credit market and the market demand of China are not mature . At the same time , the credit market and the legal environment of our country have been blocked . In the meantime , the credit market and the legal environment of our country have been blocked . In this paper , we try to perfect the credit enhancement system for asset securitization in order to better serve the financial market and maintain the order of the financial market .
