【摘要】：越南在過去的25年的革新事業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了巨大的成就,地方政府投資對促進越南經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有重要作用。金甌省是越南南部面向東南亞市場地理位置與資源比較優(yōu)越的省,該省今年來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展勢頭良好,經(jīng)濟區(qū)位優(yōu)勢日益明顯,本文就政府投資對金甌省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響以及分析政府投資帶來的效應和存在的問題進行探討,并就存在的問題提出相應的對策與建議。對金甌省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的研究具有一定的參考價值。 本文通過搜集和分析國內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻,借鑒國內(nèi)外投資、經(jīng)濟、制度創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等領(lǐng)域的最新相關(guān)研究成果。綜合運用了以下研究方法：比較分析法、定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合、理論與實踐相結(jié)合。應用經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與地方政府投資的相關(guān)理論,對金甌省政府投資效應進行分析具體從經(jīng)濟增長效應,消費效應,創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機會效及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效應進行分析,并提出具體建議。 目前越南國內(nèi)學術(shù)界關(guān)于政府投資對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的促進效應等方面問題的研究成果很少,本文所進行的研究有新穎之處。由于各國地方政府投資效應均存在一定差導,將多個國家地方政府投資效應進行比較研究,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)金甌省地方政府投資存在問題,借鑒世界各國地方政府投資經(jīng)驗,有利于提出提高金甌省地方政府投資效應的對策建議。本文在研究方法、研究角度方面有新穎之處。本文通過剖析地方政府投資中的深層次問題及原因,從而就地方政府投資如何有效促進經(jīng)濟增長、改善優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高民生福利等所提出的建議,有一定的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和一體化的趨勢,政府投資對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用越來越突顯。其在經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變階段中起著重要作用,從金甌省政府投資效應產(chǎn)生的影響來看,其對金甌省經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義,這將加快金甌省工業(yè)化現(xiàn)代化進程,本文的研究,對金甌省未來發(fā)展經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Viet Nam has made great achievements in the cause of innovation over the past 25 years. Local government investment plays an important role in promoting the development of the Vietnamese economy. Kin'ou Province is a province in the south of Vietnam with superior geographical position and resources facing the Southeast Asian market. The province has a good economic development momentum this year. Economic location advantage is becoming more and more obvious. This paper discusses the impact of government investment on the economic development of Jinou province and analyzes the effects and problems of government investment. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems, which has certain reference value for the study of the economic development of Jinou province. Through collecting and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this article draws lessons from domestic and foreign investment, economy, system innovation. The latest relevant research results in the field of economic development. The following research methods are comprehensively used: comparative analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Combining theory with practice, applying the relevant theories of economic development and local government investment, this paper analyzes the investment effect of Jinou provincial government from the aspects of economic growth effect and consumption effect. The effects of job creation and industrial structure are analyzed, and specific suggestions are put forward. At present, there are few research results on the promotion effect of government investment on economic development in the domestic academic circles of Vietnam. Because there are some differences in the investment effects of local governments in various countries, the investment effects of local governments in many countries are studied comparatively. It is helpful to find out the problems existing in the local government investment in Jinou province, draw lessons from the experiences of the local governments in the world, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment effect of the local governments in Jinou province. By analyzing the deep problems and reasons of local government investment, this paper discusses how local government investment can effectively promote economic growth and improve industrial structure. The suggestions of improving people's livelihood and welfare have certain theoretical value and practical significance. With the trend of economic globalization and integration, the role of government investment in economic development is more and more prominent. It is of great practical significance to the economic development of Jinou province, which will speed up the process of industrialization modernization of Jinou province. The study of this paper will provide some reference value for the future development of Jinou province.
