【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入，企業(yè)集團的組織形式已經(jīng)逐漸的成為了我國企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要的形式。但是，隨著金融危機的發(fā)生，企業(yè)集團在經(jīng)營、產(chǎn)業(yè)紐帶、監(jiān)控機制以及企業(yè)的國際風(fēng)險的應(yīng)對能力等方面還存在著很多的問題并且也在制約著企業(yè)集團的發(fā)展。所以，對于企業(yè)集團本身來講，其財務(wù)管理方式成為了企業(yè)經(jīng)營和發(fā)展的重要保障。而對于企業(yè)集團本身來講，其財務(wù)管理的模式也在新時期的階段中有了新的要求和形式。為了能夠進一步的促進企業(yè)集團的發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)集團的科學(xué)化模式，就必須要結(jié)合企業(yè)本身的實際情況以及企業(yè)本身的運營環(huán)境的差異，建立起適合本集團的財務(wù)管理模式，同時，這也是我國企業(yè)集團管理者所要面對的一個重要問題。 本文結(jié)合大連萬達的企業(yè)集團現(xiàn)狀，從企業(yè)集團財務(wù)管理模式的相關(guān)理論出發(fā)，結(jié)合大連萬達集團現(xiàn)階段財務(wù)模式的狀況，分析出了其現(xiàn)階段的財務(wù)管理模式存在的主要問題分別是組織結(jié)構(gòu)的問題、財務(wù)管控的問題、信息傳遞的問題以及應(yīng)對風(fēng)險的能力問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，，在第二章詳細的分析了這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因。同時，結(jié)合當前大連萬達集團企業(yè)集團財務(wù)管理模式的具體情況，從企業(yè)集團財務(wù)管理的相關(guān)理論入手，對大連萬達集團的財務(wù)管理模式進行了設(shè)計，認為大連萬達集團的財務(wù)管理模式必須要采取集權(quán)式的管理模式，并且從績效評價、資金結(jié)算、資本運營、預(yù)算機制以及內(nèi)部審計制度五個方面分析了構(gòu)建的具體對策。 本文針對大連萬達企業(yè)本身的財務(wù)管理模式進行完善。首先就需要打造比較好的企業(yè)理財環(huán)境，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)權(quán)分明。對于以產(chǎn)權(quán)作為紐帶的大連萬達集團來講，要以子母關(guān)系作為其財務(wù)關(guān)系的中心所在。同時要將萬達集團的財務(wù)管理中心、財務(wù)信息管理中心和融資管理中心等的機構(gòu)進一步的結(jié)合起來。對于萬達集團的管理模式的研究還是需要我們不斷的探究。也只有建立在理論不斷的探究的基礎(chǔ)上才能夠不斷的探討出適合萬達集團發(fā)展的財務(wù)管理體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the organizational form of enterprise groups has gradually become an important form of enterprise development in China. However, with the financial crisis, enterprise groups are operating. There are still a lot of problems in industrial ties, monitoring mechanism and the ability to deal with the international risks of enterprises. Therefore, for the enterprise groups themselves, there are still many problems and constraints on the development of enterprise groups. Its financial management mode has become an important guarantee for the management and development of enterprises, and for the enterprise groups themselves. Its financial management mode also has new requirements and forms in the new period. In order to further promote the development of enterprise groups and realize the scientific model of enterprise groups. It is necessary to combine the actual situation of the enterprise itself and the difference of the operating environment of the enterprise itself to establish a suitable financial management model for the group, at the same time. This also is our country enterprise group manager must face an important question. This article unifies Dalian Wanda enterprise group present situation, from the enterprise group financial management pattern related theory, unifies Dalian Wanda group present stage financial pattern condition. The main problems of its current financial management model are organizational structure, financial control, information transmission and ability to deal with risks. On this basis, this paper analyzes the main problems in the current financial management model, which are organizational structure, financial control, information transmission and the ability to deal with risks. In the second chapter, the causes of these problems are analyzed in detail. At the same time, combined with the current Dalian Wanda Group enterprise group financial management model, starting with the relevant theory of enterprise group financial management. This paper designs the financial management model of Dalian Wanda Group, and thinks that the financial management mode of Dalian Wanda Group must adopt the centralized management mode, and from the performance evaluation, capital settlement, capital operation. The budget mechanism and internal audit system are analyzed in five aspects. This paper aims at perfecting the financial management model of Dalian Wanda enterprise itself. First of all, we need to create a better financial environment for enterprises. For Dalian Wanda Group with property right as the link, we should take the sub-mother relationship as the center of its financial relationship. At the same time, we should take the financial management center of Wanda Group. The financial information management center and the financing management center and so on organization further unifies. For the Wanda group's management pattern research still needs us unceasingly the inquiry. Also only establishes in the theory unceasingly the inquiry foundation. In order to continue to explore the development of Wanda Group's financial management system.
