【摘要】：本文分析了烏蘭巴托市1990年TM、2001年的ETM+和2011年TM三期遙感影像圖,使用3S技術,對烏蘭巴托市土地利用、建設用地、城市擴張進行了研究。并以1990-2011年的烏蘭巴托市的統(tǒng)計年鑒為數(shù)據(jù)源,解析了烏蘭巴托市城市擴張的驅(qū)動因素。主要得出的結果如下： (1)1990到2011年,隨著城市化的推進,烏蘭巴托市建筑用地面積從110.95km2到擴張到了189.4kmm~2,增加了78.45km~2。對于城市模式來說,空間內(nèi)結構是扇形模式。 (2)對于烏蘭巴托市土地利用變化而言蒙古包區(qū)的面積增加最快,從1990年的61.51km2增加到2011年的111.36kmm2,增加了49.85km2,分別占研究區(qū)總面積的12.9%和23.36%,是研究區(qū)中增加面積最多的土地利用類型。1990-2011年烏蘭巴托市城市擴展過程中,研究區(qū)域土地利用單一化程度越來越高,集約性也越來越高,而且烏蘭巴托市正處于土地利用發(fā)展時期,土地利用結構將進一步單一化,土地利用集約性和城市建設用地所占比重將進一步提高。 (3)適當?shù)某鞘袛U張對城市發(fā)展來說是至關重要的。城市化、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會和經(jīng)濟因素如國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、開發(fā)區(qū)建設等都是烏蘭巴托市城市擴張過程中重要的驅(qū)動因素。社會經(jīng)濟因素直接影響烏蘭巴托市城市的擴張潛力、方向、速度、模式和空間結構。由于社會和經(jīng)濟因素與集聚效應,其對城市擴張的影響將更加明顯,將成為烏蘭巴托市未來城市擴展關鍵的決定因素同時社會和經(jīng)濟因素還將直接影響到未來的烏蘭巴托市城市擴張的特點。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the Ulan Bator City, 1990 TM, 2001 ETM+ and 2011 TM three remote sensing images, the use of 3S technology, Ulan Bator city to use land, construction land, expansion of the city were studied. And the statistical yearbook of 1990-2011 years in Ulan Bator as a data source, analyze the driving factors of urban expansion in Ulan Bator city. The main results are as follows:
(1) from 1990 to 2011, with the development of urbanization, the construction land area in Ulan Bator increased from 110.95km2 to 189.4kmm~2, which increased 78.45km~2.. For urban mode, the spatial structure is fanning mode.
(2) to change Mongolia package area increased most of land use in Ulan Bator City, increased from 61.51km2 in 1990 to 111.36kmm2 in 2011, increased 49.85km2, accounted for the total area of 12.9% and 23.36%, is to increase the land area in the study area with the largest city of Ulan Bator city.1990-2011 type expansion process study on regional land use, single become more and more intensive, more and more is also high, and the city of Ulan Bator is in the period of development of the land use, land use structure will be further simplified, intensive and city construction land use accounted for the proportion of land will be further improved.
(3) the appropriate expansion of the city is vital for city development. City, economic development, social and economic factors such as GDP, the development zone construction are the important driving factors of urban expansion in Ulan Bator city. In the process of social and economic factors directly affect Ulan Bator city expansion potential, direction, speed, mode and the space structure. Due to the social and economic factors and the agglomeration effect, its influence on the expansion of the city will be more obvious, will become the future Ulan Bator city expansion characteristics of the key determinant of social and economic factors will directly affect the future expansion of the city of Ulan Bator city.
