【摘要】：正對用戶提出的建議進(jìn)行處理,是企業(yè)利用微博平臺開展創(chuàng)新活動最重要的一步,這不僅有利于獲取具體的客戶需求和創(chuàng)意,還能吸引更多用戶參與其中。如何利用微博平臺的優(yōu)點(diǎn)讓客戶參與到企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新中來?在利用微博平臺吸納用戶參與產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)中,有三家尤為典型:
[Abstract]:Dealing with the suggestions put forward by users is the most important step for enterprises to use Weibo platform to carry out innovation activities, which can not only help to obtain specific customer needs and ideas, but also attract more users to participate in them.
