【摘要】：基于2005-2010年省級層面的面板數(shù)據(jù),利用STIRPAT模型實證分析城市化、工業(yè)化、信息化對碳強度的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與碳強度變化呈明顯背離關(guān)系,即發(fā)展ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)可以有效降低中國經(jīng)濟的碳強度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用Blinder-Oaxaca方法分解各有關(guān)因素對經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)和不發(fā)達地區(qū)之間碳強度差距的影響,研究結(jié)果表明ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)的環(huán)境績效差異對于可解釋的碳強度差距有較大影響,數(shù)字鴻溝的存在妨礙了ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)的釋放。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of provincial level from 2005 to 2010, the influence of urbanization, industrialization and informatization on carbon intensity is empirically analyzed by using STIRPAT model, and it is found that the development of ICT industry deviates obviously from the change of carbon intensity. That is, the development of ICT industry can effectively reduce the carbon intensity of China's economy. On this basis, the Blinder-Oaxaca method is used to decompose the influence of various factors on the carbon intensity gap between economically developed and underdeveloped regions. The results show that the environmental performance differences of ICT industry have a great impact on the explained carbon intensity gap. The existence of digital divide hinders the release of low-carbon economic effect in ICT industry.
