【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,信息技術(shù)得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。而軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)作為整個(gè)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心,是一個(gè)國(guó)家信息化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)和保證,是決定一個(gè)國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與一個(gè)國(guó)家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)甚至社會(huì)安全有著密不可分的關(guān)系,已經(jīng)成為全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。我國(guó)明確提出要優(yōu)先大力發(fā)展軟件產(chǎn)業(yè),并不斷加快軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展腳步。大連作為我國(guó)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)城市之一,如果要加快它的信息化建設(shè),必須要有軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)做支撐。同時(shí)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展對(duì)于大連產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改良、綜合實(shí)力的提高有著關(guān)鍵的戰(zhàn)略意義。因此本文選擇大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象。 本文共分為六大部分。第一部分主要介紹了本課題的研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述、本文研究方法與思路和研究的內(nèi)容與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二部分主要闡述了軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)概念和理論；第三部分介紹了大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體情況和發(fā)展特點(diǎn),對(duì)大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析；第四部分主要根據(jù)區(qū)域軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)選取原則構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；第五部分主要運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析；第六部分是對(duì)大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的比較評(píng)價(jià),提出策略建議。 本文通過(guò)查閱大量參考文獻(xiàn),收集關(guān)于軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)資料，運(yùn)用定量與定性分析、理論與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,從軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)投入、產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)出、市場(chǎng)績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新環(huán)境四個(gè)方面建立了區(qū)域軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,借助SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。本文定位的是區(qū)域軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究,選取了具有發(fā)展特色的大連軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)作為分析對(duì)象,并且有對(duì)性的選擇了三個(gè)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)的沿海城市與大連進(jìn)行比較,通過(guò)比較評(píng)價(jià)提出策略建議,這也是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization, information technology has been more and more widely used. As the core of the whole information industry, the software industry is the foundation and guarantee of the information construction of a country, and it is the strategic leading industry which determines the competitiveness of a country. The development of software industry is inextricably related to a country's politics, economy and even social security, and has become a focal point of global competition. China clearly proposes to give priority to the development of software industry, and constantly speed up the pace of development of software industry. Dalian, as one of the key cities in the development of software industry in China, must be supported by software industry if it is to speed up its information construction. At the same time, the vigorous development of software industry has a key strategic significance to the improvement of Dalian industrial structure and the improvement of comprehensive strength. Therefore, this paper chooses Dalian software industry as the research object. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic, domestic and foreign research overview, research methods and ideas, research content and innovation; the second part mainly describes the software industry and industrial competitiveness related concepts and theories; The third part introduces the general situation and characteristics of Dalian software industry development, carries on the SWOT analysis to the Dalian software industry development present situation, the fourth part mainly constructs the evaluation index system according to the regional software industry competitiveness index selection principle. The fifth part mainly uses the factor analysis method to carry on the empirical analysis to the Dalian software industry competitiveness; the sixth part is to the Dalian software industry competitiveness comparison appraisal, puts forward the strategy suggestion. By consulting a large number of references, this paper collects relevant information about the competitiveness of the software industry, and applies the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, theoretical and empirical analysis, from the software industry input, industrial output, The evaluation index system of regional software industry competitiveness is established in four aspects of market performance and innovation environment, and an empirical study on Dalian software industry competitiveness is carried out with the help of SPSS statistical analysis software. The purpose of this paper is to study the competitiveness of regional software industry, select Dalian software industry with the characteristics of development as the analysis object, and select three coastal cities with relatively developed software industry to compare with Dalian. It is also the innovation of this paper to put forward the strategic suggestions through the comparative evaluation.
