網(wǎng)站交互記憶對(duì)社交商務(wù)意向影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:將社交網(wǎng)站交互記憶分為專長(zhǎng)、可信和協(xié)調(diào)三個(gè)維度,并結(jié)合消費(fèi)者對(duì)網(wǎng)站的信任和粘性建立社交商務(wù)意向理論模型,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明:社交網(wǎng)站交互記憶對(duì)網(wǎng)站信任、網(wǎng)站粘性以及社交商務(wù)意向均具有積極的正向影響;網(wǎng)站信任正向影響社交商務(wù)意向和網(wǎng)站粘性,但網(wǎng)站粘性對(duì)社交商務(wù)意向的積極作用沒有得到實(shí)證支持。
[Abstract]:The interactive memory of social networking sites is divided into three dimensions: expertise, credibility and coordination. Combined with consumers' trust and stickiness to the website, a theoretical model of social commerce intention is established, and an empirical analysis is carried out by using the structural equation modeling method. The results show that the interactive memory of social networking sites has a positive effect on website trust, website stickiness and social business intention. Website trust has a positive effect on social business intention and website stickiness, but the positive effect of website stickiness on social business intention has not been positively supported.
