【摘要】：正智慧城市是以移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新一代信息技術(shù)為支撐,以寬帶泛在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)中心等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為基礎(chǔ),以知識(shí)社會(huì)的創(chuàng)新和智能融合應(yīng)用為主要內(nèi)容的城市發(fā)展高級(jí)形態(tài)。在國家層面,智慧城市已經(jīng)上升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度,多部委都對(duì)智慧城市發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入研究,并制定了相關(guān)政策,來保障智慧城市的發(fā)展方向、資金投入及技術(shù)統(tǒng)一。
