響應(yīng)寬帶中國戰(zhàn)略的末端基礎(chǔ)資源建設(shè)策略研究
[Abstract]:With the implementation of broadband strategy in China, the importance of basic network construction is becoming increasingly prominent. At the same time, the process of transition from wireless service to full service operation is accelerated, resulting in the growing scale of terminal basic resources and construction needs. However, as the competition focus of the major operators, the construction model and construction strategy of the terminal basic resources in the increase of the scale of investment, its construction model and construction strategy is the most chaotic, a wide range and a large number of dumb resources become the difficulty of network evaluation. Also often is the network ability the short board place. Therefore, it is very important to comb the construction model and construction strategy of terminal basic resources. It is helpful for operators to comb the short board of network, make clear the key points of network construction in the future, unify the construction model and construction strategy, and increase the benefit of investment. This paper analyzes the development course of wired broadband network, and introduces the development thinking and construction strategy of home wide range network and government enterprise network of mobile company. Based on its construction idea and future development direction, this paper makes a comprehensive planning summary and effective suggestions for terminal access of integrated service area and PON network. At the same time, the government-enterprise business, home wide service, integrated service access area are selected to do specific research, analysis and planning. The corresponding countermeasures and implementation principles are put forward for different scenarios, especially the seven scenarios of government and enterprise business and home broadband service are planned. At the same time, the integrated service access area is put forward, and the plan of connecting optical cable is put forward. The feasibility and rationality of the scheme are verified by the results of specific cases, and the results are outputted in different forms. According to the development goal of wired broadband market, the paper combs the current situation of terminal basic network and customer distribution, and defines the sub-region of terminal basic resources and the planning and construction standard and strategy of different scenarios. The research results of this paper can play an important guiding role in the existing wired bandwidth network, which can help operators to straighten out the planning process and improve the rational allocation of resources and the utilization of investment. Can enhance network quality and user perception, will bring huge economic and social value for operators.
