【摘要】：正在經(jīng)過(guò)了多年的高速增長(zhǎng)階段后,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入平穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)的新常態(tài)"階段。2014年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議首次從消費(fèi)需求、投資需求、出口和國(guó)際收支、資源環(huán)境約束等九個(gè)角度全面闡述了新常態(tài)的主要特征。在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)人新常態(tài)以后,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式都將發(fā)生巨大的改變。原來(lái)那種依靠規(guī)模擴(kuò)張、依賴(lài)資源消耗的粗放式發(fā)展模式難以為繼,必須進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)
[Abstract]:After years of rapid growth, China's economic development has entered a new normal stage of steady growth. The 2014 Central Economic work Conference began for the first time in terms of consumer demand, investment demand, export and balance of payments. The main features of the new normal are expounded from nine aspects, such as resource and environment constraints. After China's economic development enters the new normal, China's economic growth rate, economic structure and economic development mode will undergo tremendous changes. The original extensive development model, which depends on scale expansion and resource consumption, is difficult to sustain, so the economic structure must be transformed.
