通信企業(yè)外部創(chuàng)新源對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:通信行業(yè)是我國(guó)改革開放以來發(fā)展最為迅速的行業(yè)之一,通信行業(yè)作為我國(guó)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)一直引領(lǐng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,通信企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展是推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要引擎。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的重要支柱和動(dòng)力,通信企業(yè)作為高科技產(chǎn)業(yè),其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)更是相當(dāng)活躍。通信企業(yè)圍繞通信服務(wù)所開展的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),更是企業(yè)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的保證。因此,保證企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效對(duì)通信企業(yè)具有至關(guān)重要的意義。在當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技的背景下,企業(yè)僅依靠?jī)?nèi)部資源來取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)很困難。在企業(yè)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)意向外流失和外部創(chuàng)意大量流入的環(huán)境下,開放式創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)對(duì)高技術(shù)企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要的作用,有效地開展開放式創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)能為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論的研究成果,針對(duì)開放式創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下外部創(chuàng)新源對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響展開研究。由外部創(chuàng)新源來獲得企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新所必需的創(chuàng)新資源的角度,探究同外部創(chuàng)新源合作促進(jìn)通信企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的作用機(jī)理。本文將通信企業(yè)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)相關(guān)的主要外部創(chuàng)新源分為三類:市場(chǎng)類外部創(chuàng)新源、機(jī)構(gòu)類外部創(chuàng)新源和其他類外部創(chuàng)新源。通過調(diào)查問卷的方式獲得實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),借助PASW軟件的信度分析來確保數(shù)據(jù)的信度;通過因子分析的方法對(duì)該量表進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)效度的檢驗(yàn)。根據(jù)本文的概念模型和理論假設(shè),構(gòu)建外部創(chuàng)新源對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效影響的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。通過實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)與模型的擬合來進(jìn)行假設(shè)的檢驗(yàn),并對(duì)假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 本文的研究結(jié)果不僅證實(shí)了外部創(chuàng)新源對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有正向的影響,還探究了其具體的作用機(jī)理,這為通信企業(yè)更好的開展開放式創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)提供了理論依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:Communication industry is one of the most rapid development industries since the reform and opening up in China. As a pillar industry of our country, communication industry has been leading the development of national economy. The sustainable development of communication enterprises is an important engine to promote the economic growth of our country. Technological innovation is an important pillar and motive force for the survival and development of enterprises. As a high-tech industry, communication enterprises are quite active in their technological innovation activities. The technical innovation activities of communication enterprises around communication service guarantee the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the technological innovation performance of communication enterprises. Under the background of modern economy and science and technology, it is very difficult for enterprises to rely on internal resources to gain competitive advantage. Under the circumstances of the outward outflow of the internal creativity and the large inflow of the external creativity, the open innovation activities play an important role in the development of high-tech enterprises, and the effective development of the open innovation activities can create greater economic benefits for the enterprises. Based on the research results of relevant theories at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the impact of external innovation sources on technological innovation performance in open innovation environment. From the perspective of external innovation sources to obtain the necessary innovation resources for enterprises to carry out technological innovation, this paper probes into the mechanism of cooperation with external innovation sources to promote the technological innovation performance of communications enterprises. In this paper, the main external innovation sources related to technological innovation activities in communication enterprises are divided into three categories: market external innovation sources, institutional external innovation sources and other external innovation sources. The empirical data were obtained by questionnaire, the reliability of the data was ensured by the reliability analysis of PASW software, and the structural validity of the scale was tested by factor analysis. According to the conceptual model and theoretical hypothesis of this paper, the structural equation model of the influence of external innovation sources on technological innovation performance is constructed. The hypothesis is tested by the fitting of empirical data and model, and the result of hypothesis test is analyzed. The research results of this paper not only confirm the positive effect of external innovation sources on technological innovation performance, but also explore its specific mechanism, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for communication enterprises to better carry out open innovation activities.
