【摘要】：正運(yùn)用多種手段對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)施必要的管理,是目前各國(guó)通行的做法。尤其是近年來(lái),隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)衍生的問(wèn)題趨于復(fù)雜化,各國(guó)政府對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的監(jiān)管越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格。其中,不少經(jīng)驗(yàn)與做法值得我們借鑒。構(gòu)建立體監(jiān)管體系政府在管理中擔(dān)當(dāng)起重要職責(zé),在突出運(yùn)用法律手段和必要的行政手段的同時(shí),注重發(fā)揮
