【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升對于我國電信產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有著強大的推動力。利用中國電信產(chǎn)業(yè)1976—2010年專利數(shù)據(jù),選取專利申請量、技術(shù)吸引力、相對專利位置和顯性專利優(yōu)勢作為專利組合指標,實證分析了中國電信產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國電信產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力在近十年間取得了跨越式提升,但是仍然存在技術(shù)能力分布不均、創(chuàng)新源動力不足、專利布局不夠完善等諸多問題,也表明中國電信產(chǎn)業(yè)還處于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力演進的初級階段。
[Abstract]:The promotion of industrial technological innovation ability has a strong impetus for the development of China's telecommunications industry. Based on the patent data of China's telecom industry from 1976 to 2010, this paper analyzes the technological innovation capability of China's telecom industry by selecting patent applications, technical attractiveness, relative patent position and dominant patent advantages as patent portfolio indicators. It is found that the technological innovation ability of China's telecom industry has been improved by leaps and bounds in the past ten years, but there are still many problems such as uneven distribution of technological capacity, insufficient source power of innovation, imperfect patent layout, and so on. It also shows that China's telecom industry is still in the primary stage of technological innovation ability evolution.
