【摘要】：正國務(wù)院17日發(fā)布《國務(wù)院關(guān)于印發(fā)"寬帶中國"戰(zhàn)略及實施方案的通知》。通知提出了兩個階段性發(fā)展目標(biāo),即:到2015年,基本實現(xiàn)城市光纖到樓入戶、農(nóng)村寬帶進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)入村,固定寬帶家庭普及率達(dá)到50%,第三代移動通信及其長期演進(jìn)技術(shù)(3G/LTE)用戶普及率達(dá)到32.5%,行政村通寬帶比例達(dá)到95%,學(xué)校、圖書館、醫(yī)院等公益機構(gòu)基本實現(xiàn)寬帶接入;城市和農(nóng)村家庭寬帶接入能力基本達(dá)到20兆比特每秒(Mbps)和4Mbps,部分發(fā)達(dá)城市達(dá)到100Mbps;寬帶應(yīng)
[Abstract]:The State Council on 17 th issued the State Council on the issue of "Broadband China" strategy and implementation plan notice. The circular puts forward two phased development goals, namely, by 2015, the basic realization of urban optical fiber access to buildings, rural broadband access to villages and fixed broadband household penetration rate of 50%. The third generation mobile communication and its long term evolution technology (3G/LTE) user popularization rate reaches 32.5%, administrative village communication broadband ratio reaches 95%, schools, libraries, hospitals and other public institutions basically achieve broadband access; The broadband access capacity of urban and rural households basically reaches 20 megabits per second (Mbps) and 4Mbpss, and some developed cities reach 100Mbpss.
