【摘要】：業(yè)財(cái)融合是管理會(huì)計(jì)的重要內(nèi)容,財(cái)務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)的有機(jī)融合是核算型會(huì)計(jì)向價(jià)值創(chuàng)造型管理會(huì)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵。河北聯(lián)通開(kāi)展業(yè)財(cái)融合的具體做法包括:確定業(yè)財(cái)融合的目標(biāo);調(diào)整財(cái)務(wù)組織架構(gòu);建立"管理會(huì)計(jì)"加"財(cái)務(wù)共享中心"管理模式;明確財(cái)務(wù)共享中心的建設(shè)路徑和專(zhuān)業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)的建設(shè)路徑。
