【摘要】：近年來(lái),以"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"為核心的數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,大大提升了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量,帶動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)向前發(fā)展。數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)之所以能夠快速發(fā)展并實(shí)現(xiàn)"彎道超車",是因?yàn)樗劳形覈?guó)人口眾多的消費(fèi)紅利,并全面地改變著傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式:從微觀上看,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)融合了"規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)"和"范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)",顛覆了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的盈利模式;從中觀上看,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)通過(guò)機(jī)制創(chuàng)新改變了市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),使買賣雙方近乎在完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)上完成交易;宏觀上看,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用正在拓展經(jīng)濟(jì)計(jì)劃配置資源的邊界,促進(jìn)政府與市場(chǎng)的融合。這些新的變化要求政府跟上創(chuàng)新節(jié)奏,提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的公共服務(wù),縮小數(shù)字鴻溝,倡導(dǎo)數(shù)字倫理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of the digital economy with the Internet as the core has greatly improved the quality of China's economy and promoted the sustained development of the economy. The reason why the digital economy can develop rapidly and realize "detour overtaking" is that it relies on the huge consumption dividend of our country and changes the traditional economic model in an all-round way: from the micro point of view, The digital economy combines "economies of scale" and "economies of scope", upsetting the profit model of traditional enterprises. From a meso point of view, the digital economy has changed the market structure through mechanism innovation. From the macro point of view, the digital economy, through big data's application, is expanding the boundaries of economic planning and allocating resources and promoting the integration of the government and the market. These new changes require governments to keep up with innovation, provide quality public services, narrow the digital divide and advocate digital ethics.
